I haven't been hungry after 8pm (my LNS cut off time). So, why is it when you tell yourself that you can't have food after a certain time you want it more?! I am discovering that my brain and stomach are at complete odds with each other.

    I know...isn't that the truth!

This is great! For me so far its been Me : 2* LNS 2
Getting an early dinner has helped control LNS.
I've been using the gym at night, which is good since this makes me thirsty instead of craving for snacks.

Welcome to the November challenge!!! Wow...the year will soon be over...where did the time go?!

Tired of self-sabotaging by munching after dinner? Upset that you double your in-calories at night? Then it's not just me . To get some help (or inspire us by your good example), please join us in this challenge.

You set what you feel is late night snacking. For example, if you have extra calories left for the day, you can have a snack if it's small. Others decide not to eat at a past a certain time. It's up to you.

    We go by the formula:
Me: "number indicating how many evenings you stuck to it"
LNS: "number of times late night snacks won"

Example: Me: 2 - LNS: 0 indicates I won the first two nights.

Some people also add a * to the latest number. In the example, that would be
    Me: 2 - LNS: 1*
if LNS won the 3rd night.

It's as simple as that. Or as complicated, as you will discover. Nevertheless, the persistence and good results of some of our "old" members (and some people keep coming back) show that the battle is worthwhile .

    Welcome!

Last night I came this -><- close to late night snacking! If I did not remember this challenge in time, I would have lost!

I know how easy that is. We have a "snack" bowl on the bar in the kitchen and it is filled with all kinds of "bad-goodies". I have mindlessly picked something out of that bowl 2x now out of habit. Like you, I remembered the challenge and put it back both times. WHEW! Now, I am trying really hard to stay out of the kitchen after 8pm. I only go into "the danger zone" if I want tea.

Curses, foiled again! I didn't get any carbs in my diet yesterday so I ate a slice of some vegeterian and egg pizza my boyfriend bought home. We will rebuild!!
