I need to do this blew it again last night :((

This challenge has kept me from snacking late nights 3 times this week already. It does spring to mind when I want to blow it.

Just thought I'd like join in one of the forums and say hi as I'm new here :)

    My goals for November are:

    1) No eating after 8PM
    2) Not exceed my daily goals fat/calories on here
    3) Not to consume more than 500kcal in snacks in one day

And sort of try the no late night snacking thing but I don't really do that anyway, except on Friday nights when I babysit my little brother and we'll buy like a big chocolate bar to share or something lol

    Welcome!

Had a great eating day today. Loved my food! I am hungry as I'm posting this as it is late, late, late. I will white knuckle it though. But from tomorrow onward, I will have almonds and a cup of water at 9:45pm as I seem to need that one last boost a day.

I am assuming you start a new streak when you blow it. Last night was a disaster after 8 pm and I had already used my 2 allowances on Friday and Saturday. ARGH!

:( Had a very upsetting incident last night and I let it get to me - feeling down, upset, etc. Absolutely no excuse but that was the trigger. Well, that was the ammunition. I put it in the gun and pulled the trigger, now didn't I? And yes, staying up too late watching a movie was once again, the milieu that made this oh so possible. TONIGHT will be a different story.

    I'm in!
Need all the support I can get.
I stay up so late at night (only time I can get work done, after kids are in bed), but dinner is at 4pm (before kids soccer/piano/activities). That's ~7-8hours that leaves me vulnerable to snacking.
So I need to schedule a healthy snack for 7pm.

Help share ideas for healthy snacks.

    Thank you.

Wait - are you supposed to start over when you blow it? I have been tracking good days / blew it days as in my post above. What is the purpose of the * notation then, if you are supposed to start over each time? Thanks in advance. ~ Kathy
