I think I have just been going through the motions. I have been prevaricating for weeks, and not losing weight. I am taking this on board pronto.
The one thing I don't do is blame others. I have a total personal responsibility attitude to life, but complacency has crept in over the last month. I am kicking it to the kerb, starting NOW!
Treats will be non-food except on rare occasions. I have written 6 positive affirmations, as I think that will work for me.

I'm cutting myself a little slack, I know I had a handful or two of popcorn after 8 pm while at the movies but I didn't eat any dinner. I didn't allow any "cushion" with my rules and after last night I realized I should have. So, I am changing my rule from not eating after 8 pm every night to allowing myself 2 free nights just in case I run into another scenario like last night.0 -

My goals for November are:
1) No eating after 8PM
2) Not exceed my daily goals fat/calories on here
3) Not to consume more than 500kcal in snacks in one day
And sort of try the no late night snacking thing but I don't really do that anyway, except on Friday nights when I babysit my little brother and we'll buy like a big chocolate bar to share or something lol0 -
