    I almost feel guilty for posting this. I really don't know how I have lost 7 lbs in two weeks. I have been eating between 1000 and 1200 calories daily and NOT exercising! I would have expected 4 lbs, but not 7 lbs.! Maybe it will give me a nice little cushion over the holiday stretch!

    There is no place for guilt here only praise. Awesome job! Woo-hoo!!!

    I'm not at all surprised I gained this week. I have been over my calories even though I have been trying not to indulge in too much Christmas snacking! I'll have to eat angelically this week to come!
