How difficult is it to perfect a clean & jerk? I've tried to do it before and become immediately aware of the need for a proper coach and tons of practice to get that right.0

Massive pr on pin press today. Previous PR with a 4" range of motion was 90kg for two. Got 102.5kg/225lbs for a triple today.0

Just checking back in and am impressed with @_incogNEATo & @little_simon overhead game.
Also @Iron_Miss_Canada pretty good jump from 90kg for a double to 102.5kg for a triple - kudos!
