    Usual 295 - under, swims skipped
    Stretch - 665 mins mainly walking
    30 mins a dey min - 19 out of 20

    40 mins on the bike and 25 or so walking. Some of which pushing mum uphill in her wheelchair - that certainly gets the heart rate up!

    I am broken. Every muscle aches, particularly my armpits. Why? because I put myself through a 10k 30+ obstacle race yesterday. It was hard, but I attempted every obstacle and managed all except monkey-bar type ones. and I jogged the entire way, which I never could have even considered prior to doing the c25k programme. The mud-slide was the BEST part!!! And this was after going out partying/dancing on Friday night (actually spent much of the night chatting rather than dancing!)

    so I might be taking a short rest this week.....

    Stronglifts - 8 out of 10 times
    Lindy Hop - 9 out of 10 hours planned.

    Have to get myself back to fitness for Friday when an Easter weekend programme of Swing dance classes, evening dances and circus taster skills awaits. Can I take April off please? :D

    Oldie back in here Jeannie.... hmmm let's go 350 miles this month. Quite a strech from last month goal. Must get those miles to train.... Looks like a biking/camping trip is a go for July.. 340 miles in 6 days (Michigander bike tour)

    3/1 - youtube 30 minute video step jump rebounder no biking 1" of snow today.
    3/2 - 13.32 miles, road bike, 1:01, 32*F
    3/3 - 7.14 miles, mountain bike, 38.55 min. 32 *F snowing like crazy got 2 to 3 inches. alot of weird looks while riding. One neighbor stopped his truck as I went by shaking his head lol. So much snow got on my glasses I had to stop and clean them off lol

    It's ok STEVE! I knew what you meant! Keeping busy is our earthly refuge. I pray a lot as well. My best praying time is while I walk. Living way out in the country, on a mountain there are many places of solitude and prayer ares.

    girlinahat I have too take a deep breath when I read your posts! lol...

    I am so thankful for the support here. Thankful too have some online buddies to share our progress etc with... You guys keep up the good work...

    I will NOT have computer access for a few days but I will keep up with my walking progress...PROMISE!

    I'm not a runner by any means!! I did a tough mudder a couple of years ago and it nearly broke me, at least this time I could actually jog some of it - it's reassuring to see how my fitness has improved (thanks no doubt to you guys)

    You should try a race - best to get a team of unfit people with good sense of humours together. You'll need their help to get over things, and aim to complete as a team - we stuck together all the way through, whereas last time there was a group of us at the back and the rest of the team (not me) way up in front!!

    This week I had 67 km (41 miles) With today my best day with an 3 hour (fitbit says 18 km) walk to see my husband finish his half marathon.
    Not to bad a week with 53.64 km, this despite a seminar which meant not walking to work one day, but with a nice weekend walk in the forrest I made up for it. Hopefully I will keep it up this week as I again have a seminar (somehow they all fall in March this year)

    This week 51.3 km. Again a seminar that tripped me in getting further. Slightly offset with an extra gym session with full body workout (lots of steps)
    So I am totallying 171.94 so far this month, which means that I am actually getting past January and February much to my suprise

    It's official I am all signed up for the week long Michiganander bike trip in July. Got the tent services reserved for the week, and hotel on Sunday night before. Excited always wanted to do one of these.

    Good Friday our work is shut down. 4 of us is going to ride the Nickel Plate Trail. Should be a 50+ mile day.
