Joyce - I am with you on the texting thing. I am not tethered to my cell phone. This weekend I was supposed to meet my niece on her way home from the river house. My brother texted to let me know she was on her way but I didn't see the text until an hour later, which meant I was late and kept her waiting. I'd expect my family to have figured out by now that texting is not the method to use if you need me to know something right away! Also, I hope your daughter likes her Kia Soul. We've had one for several years and we love it.

Lisa - I am so sorry for your losses. Sometimes I feel like the older we get, the more they pile up and are harder to get past. Breast cancer took both my mom and my best friend - the very words strike dread in my heart. How awful for that young man's family, losing him and then being faced with having to find a new home.

Elizabeth Maryam - My heart goes out to you. I agree, losing your mom is life changing. Everybody's experience is different but it's profound regardless of how close people are with their mothers. Going on 11 years later there's probably still not a waking hour goes by when I don't think of my mom, but it does get easier over time.

Sylvia - Good on you for filing a police report. Hope they'll put the scare into the wicked stepmother enough to leave you alone!

So many of you are going through life challenges right now - I'm holding you all in the light.

My husband and I have been whacking away at an out of control shrub for a month now, trying to remove it so I could put a tree in that spot. Last week I finally got wise and asked a local yard guy for a quote to finish it off for us. He finished up today and it looks great, so now my little lemon tree can go in the ground. Financially things are still tight for us, but boy is it ever nice to occasionally be able to pay someone else to do something I don't want to deal with!

It's a busy week over here. I'm picking up a foster dog Friday afternoon, so I've got to get the house secured for a canine guest.

Salvation Army comes in and helps victims of things like a fire loss, tornado loss, with shelter, food, clothing, etc. They also have a clothing store (much like Goodwill; but, generally not nearly as nice – at least not around here). It also has furniture and stuff, toys, etc. Ours is downtown in a bad neighborhood, so I don’t go there. These are the people that are the bell ringers with the red pots at Christmas time. They’ll take stuff that people can’t sell at garage sells; but, here where we live (or near us) the only people that will send a truck out to pick up the stuff is “The Anchorage” (home for men who have drinking problems and are trying to get back on their feet).

We found out yesterday when we took our ‘date night’ out at Chili’s that they don’t give a Senior Discount. Some on that list I posted might do it in one part of the country and not in another; but, it never hurts to ‘ask’ about it, you never know until you ask.

I won’t even get in the car with my DDnL#1 – because the cell phone is a part of her arm and she can’t do ‘anything’ without checking with someone on FB – usually has to start a long conversation about it. She’s ‘dangerous’ with it, too – in more than one way. She tends to piss people off and then gets mad when they tell her the truth … she’s being stupid and naïve about things. DH says she’s ‘stupid’; but, I think that isn’t nice, so I say that she’s naïve and immature; but, I doubt that she’ll ever outgrow it.

Janetr okc – My DH had all his teeth pulled, he had awful teeth and they hurt him all the time; wished that he had not done so; his dentures drive him crazy trying to eat with them, can’t taste food, feels like he is chewing cardboard, so he takes them out whenever we go out and drops them into his shirt pocket. Twice, in front of DOS, at the same restaurant, back-to-back weeks, he dropped one of them and it bounce across the floor; my DOS could have crawled under the table. He keeps trying to get him to take them out ‘before’ they go into the restaurant. He hasn’t done it in front of me, yet; but, I think I’d be laughing my @$$ off, if it happened. It’s so funny now, especially hearing DOS describe it; he can be so graphic – artistic part of him.

Sylvia – Only one check can cause several overdrafts if it hits first. I remember having to change the due date of my car insurance to fall ‘after’ my SSD check hits the bank. That might be something y’all need to also check into, if he has checks auto deposited, or payments auto-deducted. You are doing the correct thing about reporting ‘wicked stepmother’. Is she the ‘step-mother’ of the grands? New woman in his life; or did him have to petition for custody of his children from another mother? Maybe she views y’all as a ‘threat’ because of the child custody matter. I’d keep and print out all the emails or texts she sends; and ‘if’ she starts calling, I’d record it; but, you’d need to tell her up front that you are recording it (to stand up in court, if it ever went that far). Sounds like she has some real ‘issues’ and needs some ‘help’ – like anger management classes or more so. What do the kids say about her (especially if she is not their own mother)? Kids don’t normally lie about things – they will usually tell the truth to someone they trust, no matter what. They need to know how to call you, call the police, and where to go when things escalate, if they do. Where to hide, if they need to. I know before DOGD came to live with her Daddy and step-mom, her window in her room was painted shut. We had always told her to get her other sisters in her room (try to get the phone in there, too) when her mother and her boyfriend were drinking, and to lock the door. Call 911 and climb out of the window. DH and DOS went over there when her Mother was not there and would not be coming home for a while and got the window unstuck. It had gotten almost impossible for her to get the phone in the room, she got caught doing it once; so, mother would sit on the damn thing. I’m surprised that the school counselors did not get DFACS involved in her situation. They’d tell DDnL#1 that they could always tell where she had been because if she was with her mother, she’d smell like smoke. DDnL#1 would wash all her clothes as soon as she got out here. They kept some clothes for her and then would dress her back in what she had come to them in. This child has asthma, and all the smoke and the back that there were about 8 different animals in cages in a small apartment was not helping matters.

Heather – I did not mean to ‘pry’ I just did not know if maybe there had been a death in the family or something like that. I’ll keep all y’all in my thoughts and prayers.

Loved seeing the tiny “Johnny Jump-ups” by the creek yesterday. Because the pecan trees have not budding out (yet) won’t buy any plants for my garden or my deck until they do. It’s Spring when they start budding out, and not before – might have a ‘freeze’. Japanese Magnolia has put out blooms, and now it is beginning to leaf out. Broke down and bought another lipstick plant for my glassed-in porch. Now need to get DH to go look at doors and get all the other stuff done to finish it up.

Katla – I went with my DH when he went to the Urologist to ask questions about his problem. He had said they could try a different medication or surgery; I think my face must have dropped when he talked about another medication – another he had used prior had not worked, he looked over at me and then told DH that he really though they needed to do the surgery to find out what the problem was. We did know that it wasn’t that his cancer had returned because his PSA # was still zero. He seems to be doing so much better. Was a rough week; but, now he doesn’t have the pain he was having. His ‘good nature’ has come back as well.

Sylvia – I can certainly understand your feelings. My DOS got involved with his present wife (before his divorce had actually been finalized); but, it did not make me ‘happy’ to have her introduce herself as his ‘fiancée’ … when I looked at her, she change it to ‘girlfriend’. I just handed her the clippers, showed her how to trim the roses, and took my little walker into the house and left her. That’s probably why we don’t have a good relationship; but, my son had already told her that he wanted to wait until I got better before introducing us to one another. I was more upset about the possibility of his ‘ex’ not allowing us to see DOGD if she knew about it. I still wish that we had ‘made’ him move back in with us and gone back to college … so that he would be able to get a better job, if he doesn’t take over his Dad’s business when the time comes.

    Hello Ladies -

Shame on me for not checking in over a week, now I am at least 20 pages behind!!!! Gotta try better to check in to this group at least daily to keep up.

Well, March has been very good for maintaining my fitness/eating goals. Today is Day 26 of my Paleo Challenge and I can honestly say I have followed it religiously. Both hubby and I have adopted the Paleo diet, so far he has lost 13 pounds and I have lost 9 pounds. Can honestly say I haven't really felt deprived or hungry, although I am looking forward to a nice glass or two of wine this Saturday.

Also, have been diligent about getting to Cross Fit 3x per week and getting cardio in the other days and maintaining my 11,000 step goal.

Hope everyone has a wonderful week.

Yvonne - I'm with you on the pleasure of paying someone to do unwanted or difficult tasks. Nothing gives me more pleasure than watching people who are professionals do something in about a tenth of the time it would take me and doing it better.
I got another quote for pressure washing my patio and this time the guy seemed far more clued up and professional and quoted a third of the price of the last one I turned down. Hired! He's coming on the 10th April.

Sylvia - What a mess! Hugs. <3 Families, eh!

    Can't resist this one.

Call me crazy but I love to see other people happy and succeeding .

    Good Afternoon, Ladies,

Maryam, so sorry to hear about your son. I think depression is one of the hardest things to deal with in a loved one. Sending prayers your way.

CJ, I had a friend that sold her home, bought an RV and hit the road. I love to travel but that doesn’t appeal to me at all. I guess I need more roots than that.

Janetr, ewww I don’t envy poor Jack and his dental work. I’ll send prayers and warm thoughts his way.

Sylvia, I hate that evil DIL is involving you in her evilness. It’s a good idea to at least consult the police to see what they think. I hope she will tire and drop out of site. (((Hugs))) to all of you.

Anna, I certainly wish you luck with your doctor visit. Sometimes it can get very frustrating.

Marcelyn, no matter how much you love those kids, that was a lot to take on. Next time, mark your calendar and check it twice! Good for you on scheduling the massage. I’m sure you need it. Next we will wait to hear how quiet it is at your house and how much you miss your Grands. Lol

Gayle, I’m sure it’s not easy dealing with your Mom and her situation. I hope you can get things worked out so she is happier with her living situation. (((Hugs)))

    Larisa, I love Group Huggs….thanks. exploding-hug.gif

Katla, sorry to hear that your DD and her hubby are having problems. I do hope they will be able to work things out. At least they are going to try which is more than many young couples do these days.

Allie, I hope you have a good weekend coming up and enjoy your time away from Tom. If you didn’t prepare all that food for him what would he do? You are sure good to him!!! (((Hugs)))

Karen, what a beautiful snow. That is the kind I used to like where the streets and sidewalks were clear and snow on trees and grass.

TerriW, I always have a glad of water with me when I sit down at home, whether it’s at the computer or the TV. If it’s there I’ll pick it up and drink it. I even take a bottle of water in the car every time I go someplace. Just think about it and you can get there.

Cheri, your DD has some pretty kitties. I hope she’s not working you too hard and is recovering nicely.

Betty, sorry your DH is having a hard time and back in pain. Whatever you do, take care of yourself and try not to get overwhelmed. Hopefully he will get well enough to take care of the yard and if not maybe you can hire someone to help with at least part of it.

Sylvia, you are entitled to a pity party any day of the week. tantrum.gif Gosh, girl you make anyone’s life seem simple. I wish I could send you some support, help, love, peace, comfort, energy and whatever else you can use. Bless your heart you run yourself ragged for that boy of yours and I hope you at least get an occasional “Thanks, Mom”. Maybe some of these girl type friends could help clean his apartment some?

Chris, I’m proud of you for making a game of the food shopping and planning. I am constantly amazed at the price of things and wonder how some people can afford to feed their families. We are very frugal about our grocery buying and do always look at the marked down items first. Heck, when we were first married 38 years ago we bought a steak to cook once every week or two. Now we very rarely do and it’s sure not a filet. Keep up the good work.

welcome.gifto any Newbies that I missed. Come often and join in the chat. This thing works!! Please sign your post with what you want to be called. It makes it easier for us to respond to you. Also a location is great, be it specific or general. We are happy to have you join us.

It is in the 50’s today but will slowly warm back up in the next few days. I have a Women of the Moose meeting tonight and might wear one of my two new sweaters as hopefully it will be the last chance this winter. I woke up this morning with my hip hurting and it just seemed to keep getting worse. I took my pain meds and put ice on my hip and it finally got better. I can still feel it but it is tolerable. The worst part is that I didn’t do much exercising. I hope it’s good enough tomorrow that I can go to line dance. Ladies, most of you know how important you are too me and how much I love you. I hate hearing about the problems some of you are having and I send each and every one of you (((Hugs)))) and best wishes for a healthy and happy day. happy-spring-smiley-emoticon.gif

Sylvia ~ I'm so sorry for all the problems you are going through dealing with your son. I also understand why you continue to come to his aid. My son is an only child and I would do just about anything to help him even when I know that he is the one who has created the situation. I feel really sorry for the little ones who are having to live in such a disfunctional home. Please continue to be their advocate and know that you all are in the prayers of us folks here.

    Hi gals,

Sylvia – what a mess! However I am so impressed you offered up taking a nap or taking a walk, nothing to do with food! Great job…

Chris – I too shop the clearance area in my store and this morning stopped in for mushrooms (I’m making mushroom soup for tonight) Walked by the sea food section and got 2 ramikins stuffed with clam and a bread crumb mixture for $1.49 - so 2 main courses for .75 cents each!!! Score And the mushroom and rosemary soup recipe sounds good – and it is only 63 calories a cup, if it is as good as it sounds I’ll post it…

Oh also on the topic of food…. Bacon was a discussion item a few days ago, and I wanted to pass on two things, first the frugal – I buy bacon (the good stuff) when it is on discount then divide it into 8 piece packages and freeze it…and when I cook it I bake it on my broiler pan or a pan with a rack so the fat drains off… on MFP the baked bacon is about ½ the calories! It will never be a health food, but at the lower calories I can put it on a spinach salad…

    Heather love the picture.

Gayle it is hard to watch your mom going through this. Mine is 97 and hard to see her in her condition.

If you have a KINDLE it might need an update DH informed me of this today. The deadline for the update is tomorrow, March 22. If you wait you might have to update manually and without the updates your Kindle might not download the books you buy or borrow. Mine is a 2011 so it was in dire need. You will need to be connected to WIFI site to go to for updates http://fox6now.com/2016/03/21/amazon-kindle-owners-should-download-this-update-by-tuesday/

Thanks Barbie and DJ for the tips on water. I am being diligent today with it and have been in the bathroom more times than I can count LOL. I will remember your words as I trek back and forth.
Kim, thanks for the tip on the bacon - it is one of my loves for sure!!

Jack will never take his teeth out in a restaurant with me. I'd get up and leave. I asked him before I ever saw him if he had all his teeth. Missing teeth is one thing I just can't/won't put up with. He and I have already discussed this. Lol

Beth, when my daughter auditioned for her music major at college, she had a double major, vocal and piano so she had 2 auditions so it was doubly nerve racking. I couldn't be there so I toured the building and fell in love with the place. This wasn't a music school, just a major in a small Baptist college. She was accepted but got very little scholarship. but she soon found out that even though in our small city she had a lot of talent. in college she was just a tiny pebble. She accomplished her first goal the first day of school by finding the man she would marry and didn't apply herself at all the rest of her time there. She has never utilized either one of her majors or her minor which was psychology. But she got herself a wonderful man.

Lot of people going through a lot of problems. And that is why our emotional status affects our eating.

Pip, hope all is well with Pip. He looks good! I can't imagine him never having a smile.

Charlie had is first appointment after his Carpal tunnel last week. So he got his big bulky dressing off and we got to see how tiny the incision actually is. He has this tiny dressing to wear now and he can SHOWER!!!! Maybe it will encourage him to shave. He was given several small excersices to do. Hopefully next week the stitches come out.

Sun is out today!!!!!! I'm sure all the Moms were worrying what their kids spring break was going to be like but even though it's in the upper 40's, it's real nice.

Well today I had a healthy breakfast of Red Mill granola, with some walnuts, a drizzle of honey, 1/2 cup milk, some orange juice and coffee. All that came to 627 calories! I always find that so crazy, because I used to have that AND toast. That is half of my caloric intake right there.. So simple lunch and dinner tonight. Maybe tomorrow I shall have a really small breakfast then a big dinner. It's kind of fun to switch things up.

Tonight is 1/2 cup leftover spaghetti noodles, tomatoes, zucchini and 2 oz of turkey kelbasa saute'ed in 1/2 T. of olive oil. That only comes to 283 calories. I am a bit OCD with my calories, but I do feel powerful and feel like I have a handle on things when I am conscience of every meal.

My husband has been having fun decorating the cupcakes I made on Saturday. I had put the cooled cupcakes in a bag for him to frost as he eats them, and he has been having fun tormenting me with that task. I told myself that I would log in a spoonful of the frosting, but there isn't room for it today. I would rather fill my caloric needs with good stuff, not that dang frosting! I have been denying him because he is being plain a meanie, so there! Can sex be used as a weapon? Hell yeah... After 31 years, sexual banter is more important than the act itself is MY way of thinking. He is a Navy sailor, so you know what his answer on that is... hahaha.

Do you all remember my dealings with my middle sister, her not communicating with me, her never calling me back. Then a couple of weeks ago, she called me and we talked for 2 hrs. Well, in that conversation, she said she was going to send me a book series she had finished reading. It was Dean Koontz's 'Odd Thomas' series. So I, in anticipation, went to the library and checked out the 1st book in the series. It was a great book, so I called her up to tell her I was excited to read more. Of course, no response back. Now I am on book #3, so by the time she comes in April, (I have a feeling she will bug out though), I will be done with the series. I thought maybe the book could be a commonality between us. I reason for her to call me back. I need to prepare myself that she will not be coming, but I still hope. April 5th husband and I are traveling to Portland for a doctors appointment, and I will tell her about that. Maybe she can meet us for lunch somewhere. If we visit my MIL, she is only 15 minutes from her, so maybe she can come for lunch.

I always try to look at the world as half-full. I will always have that olive branch out for my sister. I just have to remember not to beat myself over the head with it.

I have realized over the years, being a Navy wife, that communication for me, isn't just a simple connection, but a deep emotional one. When I would call my Mom when we were stationed in Japan, I just wasn't calling my Mom, I was calling comfort. I was reconnecting to my whole family. When someone doesn't call me back like they say they will, well that is a hard thing for me to take. I don't know if I shall ever get over that feeling.

All of you that are struggling physically, I kiss you gently on your forehead. Get better! Know I think of all your emotional strives and struggles and wish you all a moment of calmness, and reflection.

I'm looking for an active group however this seems more like close friends so not sure I'd fit in or you need any more people. Also I'm 50+! I am in my 3rd month of MFP and very focused on success. I've lost 23#s & my next goal is 10 more by Mothers Day. I don't do a lot of aerobic exercise because I have a knee that needs to be replaced...probably this summer. Water aerobics and free weights are about it for now. I love the MFP app & am learning mindful eating which has been enlightening to say the least. At 5'10" my BMI chart weight in the high end is 175 so that's my goal. I'm enthusiastic and committed to reaching my goal & would love to share other's accomplishments.

Well, his teeth weren't that bad 44 years ago; it just got worse as time went on ... I would have wished that he had had bridgework done; but, his decision to have them all pulled was something the dentist sort of 'suggested' - they were not going to get better and not doing so, might have involved loss to his jawbone - which nothing could have fixed. The dentures are beautiful ... look very natural; he just can't eat with them in because they make him 'gag'. He has a mustache which helps cover his mouth when he doesn't have them in; but, he wears them most all the time and definitely when we kiss he has them in. I'm just glad that he has a sense of humor. DOS has my teeth; DYS has his Dad's ... his wife won't let him get away with doing the teeth-pulling business. I think he'd do anything after having 'shingles' in his mouth and had to drive across Louisiana to a Periodontist to find out what was going on. His regular dentist had never seen shingles like he had them. The hygienist at the Periodontist took one look at him and went and got the DDS to come look at him. He told him that he had the shingles and sent him to a GP next door to give him medication for the shingles; and, then he came back and he gave him an oral rinse and some other medication to take. After the shingles went away ... he had the shingles vaccine and went back to Alexandria, LA to have the gum surgery needed to bring the gum back over his teeth. He certainly does not want to have to go through that again. It's bad enough to have to have the gums cut back due to side effects of taking Dilantin. His new wife, makes sure that he gets a yearly physical, goes to the dentist, at least twice a year; maybe more if he needs to see the Periodontist. I go to my regular dentist 2x a year; and to the Periodontist 2x a year (every 3 months I am seen by one or the other of them). DH took good care of his teeth; but, his body just did not want to cooperate. Being almost 75 - he isn't willing to pay to have posts and teeth put in his mouth; as he would if he was 1/2 that age. When he lost a tooth, he got a bridge put in its place; but, you get to a point that you just don't have anything to hang on to. Funny thing is, the first thing I notice about someone is their eyes, then their shoes, then their smile. But, I had already fallen in love with the sound of his voice before I looked up from what I was doing to see his face.

When we lived in Jax., FL and I worked for an insurance company I spoke with a man from one of the dealerships almost daily, who had the sexiest sounding voice in the world. Was told, he won't look anything like what you have imagined him to look like. The first time I met him, he was short, white hair, ruddy complexion; but, that voice - you could not hide it. Had the best sense of humor of anybody that I had to deal with as a claims clerk. I have a friend whose voice does not match her at all. She's done a lot of voiceovers for radio commercials and things like that. Has a very seductive sounding voice. She and her voice don't match either. I did/don't realize how much of a Southern drawl I have until I listen to myself on voicemail when I have left a message for DH. I don't hear it otherwise.

I'm looking for an active group however this seems more like close friends so not sure I'd fit in or you need any more people.
For what it's worth, I've only been here a couple weeks, and these ladies have been nothing but kind, friendly, and inspiring.
At 5'10" my BMI chart weight in the high end is 175 so that's my goal. I'm enthusiastic and committed to reaching my goal & would love to share other's accomplishments.

That seems very reasonable. I'm 5'11" and you couldn't pay me to weigh less than 180  but I do want to keep below 190 or so.

    You'll do great!

beth i completely understand about being nervous around the audition/recital experience. My husband is the one who makes dd very nervous. I have learned to act really nonchalant and this seems to work with her.
I know your son has his hopes pinned on this school, any nys colleges in his sites? I will be thinking good thoughts as you approach this milestone.

Pip - 95% is a RAGING success with a shoulder... SO pleased for you and Kirby...

Well, today is two months I've been with the blog company - and as near as I can tell, I'm averaging about $4 an hour... and sometimes less, when posts get rejected. I'm right in line with company standards, at 10 percent rejection, but for the very specialized posts, you can't recycle them. Big fat "oh well," there, and it's the risk you take. And I knew it wasn't going to be more than a supplement--I'm too focused on quality to just throw anything up there, so my research time really drops my hourly wage.

But, have been doing a lot of studying on making money on my own websites, and as y'all may have noticed, I do have something to say... so I'm starting to build blog posts for my own sites. I have four sites now, and putting together a fifth that aggregates the whole bunch. Still working through the ramifications in my mind, but now that I'm writing again regularly, I want to keep going--I just don't want to do it for other people. Lots to think about.

Second day in a row that I'm under my calorie count, over my exercise goals, and feel like I have my feet back under me in terms of taking care of myself first. Now it's time to get the weight off. Literally, physically and metaphorically.

Memorial for Jamie is Thursday, in Lubbock, three hours away. Don't know if I'll make that one. Cody's is here in town on Friday. Sad days for this small community. My DH dropped in on Cody's wife this morning, says she's doing better than he would be under the circumstances. Lots of family gathering around her.

About to walk over to the library to my writer's group, finish getting my step count in for the day...

    Love y'all,

Pip - I'm a sucker for medical pics and procedures. Had some thoughts of becoming a surgeon once. :) Glad it went well.

Lisa - sometimes when an embroidery job needs tear out, or just isn't as expected, I find myself way way under minimum wage - a bit frustrating! but it sounds like you are getting some good experience and it might open some new doors. 3 hours is a long drive - I know I would be tempted to do it for the friends and family of my friend - but I am pretty committed to going to funerals/memorials - seems weird I know - but having almost no one at my dad's I realize how important it can be to the family to have a good turn out - I learned after the fact that no one was at my Dad's because my mom made it private --- grrrr I wonder if Cody's wife is still in shock.

Welcome ldw, nice to have another from MA here! I think that makes 4 of us now, Kimses,Mindy, you and me.
This is a great group of women, all are cheerleaders (picture little pleated shirts and Pom-poms) and I've gotten so many wonderful tips.homog1b46fpb.jpeg
How nice to be able to walk AFTER work in daylight. Fortunately today's snow had little impact, as demonstrated by the crocus finding the sun thru the snow.

Hi ladies. I went back to work after a week of spring break and I am just exhausted. My back is hurting too so this will be short so I can go to bed!

Lenora: I have both a touch pad and a mouse on my laptop and a mouse on the PC. What are the discounts for? I must have missed the story

Michelle: we get the zonisamide at walgreens and it must be a standard dose, because they don’t have to compound it. It’s all based on weight, so a smaller dog or cat would need less. Good thing it’s a Walmart; Benny Beagle has a discount card there!

Wow 7 pages to read! Too much for this tired old brain. Enjoy your evening and have a good day tomorrow! Meg from Omaha where it is 70 now and snowing on Wednesday!

welcome.gif...if you keep coming back and join in the conversation, you'll feel like a close friend before long....you'll find a lot in common with many of us....I do free weights and ride my recumbent exercise bike in addition to walking and dancing...I started participating in this thread when I had a lot of weight to lose and didn't think I'd be able to lose it, but with the encouragement of these women, I lost the weight and have kept it of for quite awhile....congratulations on the weight you've lost already.

    Chris- beautiful flower!

I have over 5.5 miles in and still have another walk to take with Shep. It's cold outside but no snow!
