    Wednesday - Goofing off. Done!
    Thursday - Weights Day.
    Friday - Mountain Biking.
    Saturday - Lazing around in sister's pool.

    All days: eat more protein.

    Weights done. Got it before my toddler noticed what I was doing, took 15 mins.

    Eat a lot, complete day 4 of Focus T25, and spend time with my hubby and kids.

    I like this idea bc it can change from day to day if I want more fruit or anything. The original post had good guidelines so I will use some of those goals today.

    -8 glasses of water (already had two and I count my unsweetened green tea in this)
    -3 servings fruit
    -3 servings veggies
    -Walk

    When you're typing in the text box, look up just above it and you'll see an S with a line through it. It looks like this: S . It's next to the B for bold and I for italics. If you scroll over it it's called "Strikethrough." Just highlight the text you want to cross through and click that. Cool trick, huh? B)

    Water drinking, under calories, running 35 minutes and weights:). Yoga would be nice too. This thread was very helpful this week, as I met my goals. I did go over on calories so I will try harder with that today.

    Too lazy to make goals for tomorrow, but Monday's goal will be a 3-6 mile run. It's gonna be hot. If I get up early and run outside on the trail it will be 6 miles. If I'm stuck inside on a boring treadmill, it will be shorter. My brain can take only so much treadmill before it breaks down...

    OK. Instead of commenting key me also make some goals for me. 8 cups of water. Eat 2 servings of fruit and 2 veggies. Bed before 10

    Heading out on a road trip today, so my activity level will be low! My goal first is to do at least 20 mins on the elliptical, and possibly some kettlebells, before the rest of the house wakes up.

    Hi Tbolashana! I did do the yoga! I have been going a bit over on calories and tomorrow my goal is to be under. I've been running for 35 minutes. Tomorrow my goal is to have food prep for lunch as I will be on the road all day. Thank you so much for checking in you are awesome!

    Today was a rest day. Tomorrow back to the gym - probably weights, but not sure yet.

    Goal met. I went to the gym and ran 5k on the treadmill. Earned my ice cream today! Been keeping up with the added protein, too. :D

    My goal for tomorrow (thurs) is to get in some stretching and maybe yoga. Tomorrow is my running off day so i need to be sure to ice my ankle
