    Was out of town yesterday paddleboarding with a friend. Drove back today, so no workout :(

    1 July: 70 min walking leisurely/slow (2.26 miles total) with a friend and her dogs = 70 minutes
    2 July: 30 min speed walking through airports = 30 minutes
    3 July: 110 min touring SUP (4.95 miles) = 110 minutes
    4 July: 75 min slow touring SUP (3.6 miles) = 75 minutes
    5 July: 30 min gazelle machine (2 miles) = 30 minutes
