If Pokemon Go is getting you out there to be active, and especially getting your kids out there, I say it's an awesome way to be more active. Thumbs up!!

I was thinking about trying it, but I think it's too invasive of an app to put on my personal phone. Thought about getting a burner phone to play it, but not sure I'm going to be that into it, so I may just go back to geocaching instead.

Though will get a good workout on Saturday...hoping for under 20 minute miles and super flat conditions. Going to just squeak through to get 24 this month, I think.

Really out of energy the last several days; getting in cardio so at least I've done something. I got my workout in late last night when we got in to Savannah, and another one this morning since we're not going to hit Richmond until 9-10 PM. Side note: my husband has been keeping up his habit of copying my workouts for a couple of weeks now, which gives me even more incentive to keep going. Although he really shouldn't be surprised that I'll pause a workout to sing along with Ren and Stimpy; he's known me long enough to expect that.

19.25 hours out of 24. I'll re-check my math later, but all of a sudden it seems like I'm a lot closer!

Why the heck not? It's still a gym. :) You're moving, and getting in family time while you exercise is fun multitasking.
