    10 hours out of 24. Considering that we leave town next Saturday, I'm going to need to do 90-120 min per day for the next week, to make up for travel time. Bringing my gym clothes and kettlebells on the road with us, but I have no delusions about fitting in a workout on the two days we're on the road for 12 hours.

    Oops... this should be an NSV... not sure if I can move this.... Went ziplining today with my family. Would have never done that last year. What an absolute blast and a great way to challenge my fear of heights. I win.

    Had planned to paddle longer yesterday, but my friend got sick in the heat so we had to quit early. Today was rest day.

    7 July: 60 min gazelle machine (4.1 miles); 5 min jumping jacks (300 total) = 65 minutes

    9 July: 81 min touring SUP (3.87 miles (est)) = 81 minutes
