    I am still very unmotivated to workout. Should have done some strength training today, but at least I forced myself to get on the gazelle while watching some TV (better than nothing).

    Just as well I completed challenge early as it's all gone to pot this week as I've been looking after my baby niece so not been able to do my morning exercise as that child doesnt want to nap lol Had too much to do in the evenings but on the plus side I have been dancing around with her so its not a complete lost cause.
    I'm off camping for the weekend tomorrow (Bank Holiday in UK) so will be doing plenty of walking but may not be able to log until I come back as not sure if wifi there (not sure how the teenagers will cope with that but will be amusing to watch the cold turkey).

    I'd so tally the dancing time with your niece. That's exercise/activity, and not something you'd typically do. Have a wonderful time on your holiday!

    We've been training for this for the past two months and chose this particular one because it fit in our schedules and was relatively flat. We started strongly, but at the 200 km point, I broke a tooth (the tooth was in questionable condition to begin with) which made the remaining 200 km a little more challenging than I had hoped. Breathing through my mouth was painful, so I was reduced to breathing through my nose. And eating was painful, so I ran rather low on energy. I was hoping to finish within 24 hours, but I guess an extra 45 minutes wasn't too bad. :)
    We rolled into the start location at 7:45 am on Sunday.

    Aug 15 - 0.5 km walking (7 min) ... airport.
    Aug 16 - 3 km walking (35 min) ... to the beach and back to stretch things out.
