24 Hour Challenge - August 2016

Since I loved this challenge in June and July, I thought I'd create the thread so we could all continue with the goal into August. Let's do it!!

The goal is to hit at least 24 hours of exercise during the month of August. Any type of activity that you log in your exercise diary counts (both cardio and strength training).

There is no group for this and no private messages needed. No fancy spreadsheets either, just report your running totals here in the thread.

    My goal for this month...just getting over 24 hours again.
    This is my info for yesterday. Will post again when I get today's exercise done.


    1 August: 30 min gazelle glider machine (2.02 miles); 3 min planks = 33 minutes

    Total: 33 minutes out of 1440 minutes

    Hi - I'm new to this challenge, but I'd quite like to take part :) My goal will be 24 hours.

    1 August: 73 minutes walking (4.9km)

    Total: 73 minutes out of 1440 minutes

    I'd like to join this challenge, something that will hopefully keep me motivated! :)

    1st and 2nd of August: 30 minutes each of kettlebell training.

    Total: 1 hour.

    This challenge is awesome!

    8/1/16- 75 mins one morning walk and one afternoon walk combined times
    8/2/16- 30 minutes of stationary bike, 15 minutes of calisthenics in the morning and a 54 minute before dinner walk

    Total 174 out of 1440 minutes

    2 August: 12 min resistance bands workout (Day 1 - Upper Body); 26 min "30 Day Shred" DVD (Level 1); 31 min gazelle machine (2.00 miles); 4 min planks = 73 minutes

    Total: 106 minutes out of 1440 minutes
    Left to Goal: 1334 minutes

    Morning peeps :) Got a friend staying for a few days so been cleaning a lot last 2 days as probably wont be doing much until next week.
