    3rd of August: Had a light workout with KBs, then an evening walk totaling 90 minutes.
    4th of August: 40 minutes gym session.

    With previous 60 minutes, total is now at 190 minutes.

    I wasn't feeling it today, but glad to see everyone else is kicking butt!

    1 August: 30 min gazelle machine (2.02 miles); 3 min planks (67 sec, 34 sec (cramped up), 33 sec, 63 sec) = 33 minutes
    2 August: 12 min resistance bands workout (Day 1 - Upper Body); 26 min "30 Day Shred" DVD (Level 1); 31 min gazelle machine (2.00 miles); 4 min planks (64 sec, 62 sec, 63 sec, 63 sec) = 73 minutes
    3 August: 74 min easy touring SUP (2.88 miles); 30 min gazelle machine (2.06 miles); 4 min planks (93 sec, 93 sec, 65 sec) = 108 minutes
    4 August: 30 min gazelle machine (2.05 miles); 4 min planks (62 sec, 63 sec, 62 sec, 64 sec) = 34 minutes

    Total: 248 minutes out of 1440 minutes

    **Turns out I've sprained the medical collateral ligament in my right knee. No more stairs, running or jumping for a while. I can walk as long as I don't go too fast or twist it. There is one "weights" exercise I am to do. And ... happily ... I can continue to cycle! **

    Glad you got the knee checked out, and now know. Bummer to be injured, but take care of it, and I'm sure you'll come back stronger than ever! Congrats on still being able to cycle!

    ... got in two nice leisurely walks with the family today in the sunshine (rare for us here to have sunshine even in summer :)).

    August 2: 32 minute interval run
    August 4: 35 minute race pace run
    August 5: 90 minute leisurely walk(s) (2 x 45 mins)

    Total: 157 minutes (1283 to go :)).

    @jlemoore - I was waiting for you to open the thread, but after a day or so, I just couldn't wait to start logging for the challenge (I really do love how this one keeps me so active)...glad you don't mind. Besides, I was so looking forward to seeing if @DresdenSinn gets this knocked out in 15 days that I figured he needed a place to post too. :)

    After my brutal paddling session this morning, I'm going to shift doing my M-F nightly gazelle and planks to tomorrow (well, assuming the work day at church tomorrow doesn't wear me out).


    1 August: 30 min gazelle machine (2.02 miles); 3 min planks (67 sec, 34 sec (cramped up), 33 sec, 63 sec) = 33 minutes

    Love this idea! Just got a Garmin so I'm able to track a lot more than with a normal activity monitor. Here is July (got the Garmin on the 23rd so it is the last week), and Aug so far.
