Missed doing anything yesterday due to not feeling well. Made up some of my time, but didn't get my resistance training in today like I had wanted.

So, it's always a good day when I can get out to paddle, even if it kicks my butt to do it. Got to see lots of rays, schools of fish, a shark, a manatee, and a turtle. Even better day when I can see lots of critters in the water while paddling.
