    August 8: 45 minute gym session
    August 9: 52 minute gym session
    August 10: 23 minute brisk walk
    August 11: 53 minutes (interval run & yoga)


    Total: 375 minutes (1065 to go :)).

    2 August: 12 min resistance bands workout (Day 1 - Upper Body); 26 min "30 Day Shred" DVD (Level 1); 31 min gazelle machine (2.00 miles); 4 min planks (64 sec, 62 sec, 63 sec, 63 sec) = 73 minutes
    3 August: 74 min easy touring SUP (2.88 miles); 30 min gazelle machine (2.06 miles); 4 min planks (93 sec, 93 sec, 65 sec) = 108 minutes

    The good news is, school isn't interfering too much with my workouts or my food/exercise logging. The bad news is that I've gotten horrible about updating progress on the three challenges I accepted this month.

    8/1- trapped in car please send help
    8/2 - 50 min elliptical, 30 min kettlebell - 80
    8/3 - 60 min elliptical
    8/4 - 40 min elliptical
    8/5 - 125 min walking
    8/6 - 60 min elliptical
    8/7 - zero. And I'm going to try to keep Sunday as a rest day, unless we happen to do a relax activity that's also exercise, like walking around a park or bowling.
    8/8 - .5 kettlebell, .5 elliptical
    8/9 - zero. Wall-to-wall school.
    8/10 - zero. (thunderstorm/power outage)
    8/11 - 30 min strength, 60 min elliptical

    8.5 hours of 24+ completed.

    Ugh, didn't feel like doing anything today. Still in a bit of a slump from the rest of the week, but did a little something anyway. Finished my plank challenge yesterday, but am going to still keep some planking in the work out (even as much as I dislike them).

    1 August: 30 min gazelle machine (2.02 miles); 3 min planks (67 sec, 34 sec (cramped up), 33 sec, 63 sec) = 33 minutes
    2 August: 12 min resistance bands workout (Day 1 - Upper Body); 26 min "30 Day Shred" DVD (Level 1); 31 min gazelle machine (2.00 miles); 4 min planks (64 sec, 62 sec, 63 sec, 63 sec) = 73 minutes

    @DresdenSinn - sounds like you are having FL weather where you are! That's my typical summer...now you know why I do a water sport if I'm outdoors. :)
    @jlemoore - is it bad if I admit I often "don't want to"?! That was my mindset for most of this week.
    @Oberon21 - you can still catch up...going to take a lot of work (couple hours per day or so), but you can do it!!
    @TheHistoryLady - yes you are crushing it this month! BTW, I have been meaning to tell you that I love your avatar/picture :)
    Everyone else - Keep rocking it! Y'all are doing great and can make it! Thanks to all for motivating me this week, when I wasn't motivated to do much!! :star:

    So, it's always a good day when I can get out to paddle, even if it kicks my butt to do it. Got to see lots of rays, schools of fish, a shark, a manatee, and a turtle. Even better day when I can see lots of critters in the water while paddling. :)
