Just did the math and the Garmin is off somehow! Aug is 1133 minutes or 18.88 hours. Garmin says 20 hours, so not sure why there is a difference. Making progress either way!

Missed doing anything yesterday due to not feeling well. Made up some of my time, but didn't get my resistance training in today like I had wanted.
1 August: 30 min gazelle machine (2.02 miles); 3 min planks (67 sec, 34 sec (cramped up), 33 sec, 63 sec) = 33 minutes
2 August: 12 min resistance bands workout (Day 1 - Upper Body); 26 min "30 Day Shred" DVD (Level 1); 31 min gazelle machine (2.00 miles); 4 min planks (64 sec, 62 sec, 63 sec, 63 sec) = 73 minutes
3 August: 74 min easy touring SUP (2.88 miles); 30 min gazelle machine (2.06 miles); 4 min planks (93 sec, 93 sec, 65 sec) = 108 minutes
4 August: 30 min gazelle machine (2.05 miles); 4 min planks (62 sec, 63 sec, 62 sec, 64 sec) = 34 minutes
