Update Stronglifts and Kettlebell transformation! Pictures!

I know this is going to sound like a dumb question but, do you do strong lifts with kettle bells or is that with the gym type equiptment
That definitely is not a dumb question! You could do all of the exercises in Stronglifts with the Kettlebell. For some of them though you would need to get two kettle bells of the same weight. I have my weight equipment at home though. I started stronglifts in March 2015. I started the Kettlebell October 1 of 2015. Eventually when we become snowbirds I will probably only use the Kettlebell when we are down south.0 -

I was wondering if you had an opinion on this workout? Too easy? Or do you think this would bring good results? Thanks! Never done kettle bell before.

Thank you for sharing that video. I did watch it very carefully. I have to say that this girl should not be making videos! She does not do the kettle bell swing at all correctly! Rewatch the video yourself and critique it. Watch the StrongFirst videos that I posted. Then noticed that when she is doing the kettle bell swing she is actually doing a squat right along with it which is a big No! I suggest if you want to do the kettle bell workout correctly and without causing injury watch the StrongFirst videos that I posted and look up anymore StrongFirst videos that you want to on YouTube.3 -

Do you have a square rack at home, I'm limited by how much I can lift the bar to put on my shoulder for squats. Deadlifts and rows are no problem.0

I have a squat rack not a cage. It has a pull-up bar across the top with barbell "holders" to rest the bar on. No safety bars at the bottom like the cage has. I know my limitations and can tell when it is time to increase weight.0 -

I did 10 x 3 x10 Russian kettlebell swings .. approx 23 seconds of swings ( per set ) and the remaining of the min walking around. Would that be consisered an 18.5 per min calorie burn?1 -
