    Hi all! Please count me in! Joining late, but better than never! :wink:

    This is my first challenge to log for on MFP, and I only started walking (for exercise) two weeks ago.
    My goal for the month of September is 50 miles!

    Hi there! New to your group (and not sure how it'll work or when to check-in) & I'm trying to get back to 5 miles/day +120miles/mo. Dealing with a major household move and living in a hotel right now. I need to self-motivate & this accountability is most likely what I need. :) Good luck everyone.

    Good luck with the move....I moved 3 years ago to the other side of the town I was already living in and that was stressful enough that I still don't want to move again for a long time!

    Left my board on the car so I could go paddling today, but was a bit sunburned from yesterday, so just did the glider. Plan to paddle tomorrow and will do a better job of applying sunscreen.

    7 Sept - a better day. 100 mins on the bike - over to Charlton to get my hair cut.. Obviously sticking a helmet on and getting all sweaty after improves the look..

    Bialetti - poor you. Does that mean 'scale back' or 'carefully get fitter' in your case? If the latter, feel free to get in touch as I have done a couple of years of 'graded excercise' after getting very poorly..,,
