    I'm back in, goal will be 200 miles on my stationary bike, increasing intensity as new hip tolerates. Also walking 30 minutes a day if pain allows.

    9/1: 7.4 miles/30 minutes
    9/2-9/3: rested for long travel day tomorrow
    9/4-9/10: vacation lots of walking and had a wonderful visit with my sister.
    9/11-9/13: recovery from vacation, lol, lots of pain
    9/14: 10.6 miles/45 minutes- got a lot of catching up to do

    I am struggling a bit this month. Not sleeping well so that impacts on my CFS, and I have the motivation of a slug.
