I'm back in, goal will be 200 miles on my stationary bike, increasing intensity as new hip tolerates. Also walking 30 minutes a day if pain allows.

Sorry gentlygently. I know how that is. I hate it when I dont get much sleep. I have several days of that this month. I am still having a few problems with the rt shoulder and rt hip. I just keep on walking because if I ever stop then I know I will never start back....YOU HANG IN THERE! *HUG*
