Is self-discipline an environmental or an individual problem?!

My home environment plays a huge part on my self-discipline when it comes to my fitness journey and reaching goals. My focus is 15% me/ 85% everything & everyone else.

About an hour ago as I was driving home from babysitting, I saw a dead man laying by the side of the highway.
A man in a truck had pulled over and called I guess, firetruck was coming up behind me.

    Second time I’ve seen that.
    Very disturbing. 🥺

Sorry you had to see that 😢

When I go to Walmart I only like to park in row 8 - anywhere else just doesn’t feel right

I was never one to “lay out” for a tan.
I always had a tan from being outside all the time.
I’ve had a few full body beach sunburns in my life as well.
    I haven’t had a tan in probably a decade.
Even so now that I’m older I am noticing all the sun damage to my skin.

Well at least you kept count. By tbsp 12 I would've just dumped it in a bowl and scooped away.

Every time I call my doctor's nurse, she always sounds so flustered, stumbling over her words. She always apologizes and blames it on lowering her coffee intake. Even months later she still blames it on coffee. Also note, I've never met her in person.

I eat pizza with my hands because its how I test the quality of the pizza itself. I simply pick up a slice by the crust and fold it slightly in a U shape, then I take a bite from the pointed end of the pizza slice. If the pizza stays intact without becoming floppy, it passes the test.
If you have Italian roots, I imagine you're more serious about your pizza :-)

Pizza as we all know it has nothing to do with Italians
oh really..well fair enough I’m not gonna dispute it

😂 Not falling into this trap!

    Amen paisan!😉😘😂

Why is the dog barking - was was sleeping like an mfp’n boss - now I’m wide awake. And running so many ‘what if’ scenarios in my head - some days I wish I was content and anxiety free -

    Ugh I feel this.

Italian food. I could eat it exclusively for the rest of my life. Mediterranean diet, I could go in a study. Apparently it’s quite good...and delicious.
