    I was sleeping in a 70 plus old home. Well, actually before I fell asleep I had my hands by my side. And i felt something grab my hand and quickly pull it away from my body.


    That was it lol. I found out later there was the spirit of the original owner.
    Damn. Was it a terrifying experience, or did it just seem confusing?

    Thinking I’m going to cut out sugar from coffee and just go black! I don’t do a lot of sugar BUT I’m 38 and think I need to have the “it’s not you, it’s me....” moment with my coffee relationship....😭
