    It's this mental block I have.
    I know how much I have to loose in the end and this loss is only a drip in the bucket.

    I have horrible anxiety about going to dinner at my in-laws later because the food is super high calorie, and they get super mad if I take my own lower calorie foods. I'm stuck eating junk
