    I am thankful to this and the December Fitness Challenge because these motivated me to work out. The December Fitness Challenge helped a lot for me to accumulate more minutes because I have to do a workout except on rest days.     I'm pretty happy with the result. I knew I had to push to maintain, yet I surpassed my goal B) I managed to lose another 6+lbs this month too.

    My secondary goal of introducing more variety was successful. I had been running, walking, and calisthenics, but now I've added kettlebell workouts, a stationary bike, and even bought some skates.
