If your knee is strong, treadmill is the best to burn fat. Otherwise elliptical is good. Those are the two I used for cardio. I use all weight machines. They are targeted and all good.

47 (almost 48). I have been overweight almost my entire life. I lost 135 lbs 5 years ago and regained 60 of it back. I am determined to get into the best shape of my life by age 50. Repeat C25K survivor and newly christened gym rat. Feel free to add me.1

So, as an adjunct to my fitness plan, I decided I need to get my style and primping mojo back. Cause it is long long gone. So, after SNB this evening, I grabbed one of my friends and we went to Superpharm and I invested in probably insanely overpriced L’Oréal day and night facial creams. Because if I’m going to spend, I don’t know, a year of my freaking life getting fit so I can buy a Naama Betzalel dress, I want my face to match. Sorta. I mean, if the dress is flowered, I don’t have to go that far.4

Turned 51 this year and am loving it ! Am fitter than I was at any time in my 40's and now have the time and patience to be able to do all that I want to.
Losing weight, getting fitter and enjoying every minute of it. Yes I have the odd stumble or two but I get back up, dust myself down and carry on.
Feel free to add me as more friends equals more motivation and help for all.

Pulled back out the 10-minute HIIT abs video this morning. I made it through 5 minutes before I died on the ground. I'll take it for now. Short term goal= getting through the whole thing and NOT dying.
Have a great day fellow middle agers5 -
