102 today in the mid-south. Got in 5k run and a boxing class with no A/C. Time for some Jiu Jitsu this afternoon. At least in thisceat it takes no time for these middle-age joints to warm up!

Ok it's FRIDAY... on on this day, let them eat cake... and us too for that matter, for it is International Cake Day, and Good morning from humid Alabama.

Thought of the Day: One small positive thought in the morning can change your whole day.

It is certainly humid in Birmingham today.

Positive: We have a free sauna!

Hi, all! New to MFP and definitely old enough for this group. 😉

There seems to be comfortable conversation and support here. May I join in?

I just took a late night hike around my hilly neighborhood, versus the usual Saturday night shenanigans.

    One day at a time.

49 here, lost 100 pounds 10 years ago and kept most of it off. With overwork and then breaking my leg earlier this year, gained some weight. Hoping to lose 30 pounds my my 50th in December.

@veganlad Holy cow, 100 lbs., great job! Keep up the good work! You'll get the extra wt. off in no time -- because you obviously know how to do it!
