I made it through my first weekend! I thought for sure I would blow it and eat like I usually do. I made sure to stay active both days and I logged everything, even all the treats! Happy Monday every one!2

it is a beautiful day here today!!! I went for a rulk (run/walk intervals) while I waited for my boy at something. The sun is shining it's so gorgeous I might take my piñata outside to do some work on it2

I think the weather will hold here long enough for me to finish my yard work. Super ready to get that over with before the summer hits, that way I can have the kiddo's birthday party after school lets out.1

Morning! Off to see my dietitian today. Pretty sure I get weighed today too if not I'll ask to have it done anyways. I decided against having a scale here, I don't want to be tempted to weigh myself everyday. I'll get one later on, but for now seeing how much more I can do is a good enough judge of progress for me.3

Hi. Just started today 🙂 I’m 37 and feel 40 is going to upon me way too soon! I can not still be fat when I’m 40!! I have been slim before. I lost 5st in 2013. I’ve put it all back on 😕 I’m usually motivated the first week and after that o kind of lose my way. Feel in a better mindset this time to keep going tho! Feel free to add me 😃2

Good lucky Sparky.
I'm skipping physio. I will skate I think and get more tidying and party prep done. I need a gift for the boy yet he has no clue what he wants1 -

that's not fun. did you get a bit a whiplash or something? I think I had that from a fall a few years ago and it's painful for a lot of days1 -

Maybe. I felt a little dazed for a bit. Not sure if that was shock.
Glad it wasn't something more serious and you're in good shape from the accident.1 -

Starting over after a motorcycle accident. Dr gave me the okay to start working out again after months of watching TV with a bag of Doritos on my lap and Pepsi in my hand while healing. All I need now is some friends to join me on my journey back. Please send me a friend request so we can get back into shape together!3
