Heard that. I home brewed beer from 2003 to 2015. Enjoyed every minute and every gallon, but it did contribute to weight gain. I still miss it, though. Luckily I have friends in the brew club who share their creations.1 -

Happy Saturday. I had a great cardio session this morning and then planted my *kitten* on the couch. Been snoozing and watching live PD. Now I want cupcakes.1

Headed to Philly this week to work with my Team. Down two pant sizes, have to run to the store and pick up some stuff.......or get a few roles of duct tape to keep clothes from falling off. 😂5

52 counts. You've got eight more years of fun here, then they kick us out to pasture. There's an over 60 group around here somewhere. I haven't found it yet, but I am not looking..... yet. How's 52 treating you?1

Morning all! I have a three day work week this week, followed by a long weekend hiking in Wales.5

42 here. Gained to 136 now back down to 125. Goal is 116. I ride horses and work at a hospital. Paelo meals has worked best for me.
I do have a breakfast drink meal that I make fresh every morning that really helped drop the weight. Calorie goal is 1200.2 -
At this point, I am not really sure how many times I have started and stopped and started again. Deleted my account last time because I was so angry at myself... then realized that was not going to help. I'm 39 now. My goal is to lose 40 before I hit 40, which is May of next year.3
