So, the husband now joined my gym. Not sure how I feel about that, it's kinda my thing. In fairness, he did ask if I'd mind and I could hardly say yes could I

You will probably not cross paths at the gym. My wife and I use the same gyms and if we are there at the same time I am on weights and cardio equipment, she is doing classes.

It's Tuesday!!!! It's a short week for us cause we're taking off Thursday night to go to a relative's wedding on Friday....Friday the 13th!!! at 11am is the wedding! Weird day and time but whatever works so we're halfway through the week already woo hoo2

Well that's Wednesday been and gone, just been out for a ride, now it's shower time and bed time! Here's the thing I always feel weird about....9/11 was over when 9/11 happened. The morning after was the quietest business day I have ever seen. We were all at work, but no-one was doing business. Take care out there. Have a great day.6

Hey all..still floating around....
I had a few rough weeks...some close family members had some health issues..
Thankfully its not serious, but I've had a sty for 2 months now and its a PITA...3 eye Dr appts and drops and antibiotics-$$$ later and it won't budge
I continued working 5-6x a week, out but my diet was thrown out the window...ate whatever whenever....promising to get back on track tomorrow
Annoying how tough it is to lose and how easy/fast it is to gain...im guessing its I put on 5-7 pound range (scared to face the scale)....seems like a lot in a short period of time, but jeans that once fit are too tight now to wear out..but I can still button just not breath..LOL...
Trying. not to beat myself up too much and get back on track
5-7 isn't so bad and I don't want that number to grow or get larger
hope everyone is well
any advice support always appreciated

Has anyone tried fasting? My yo-yo eating is getting the best of me lately. Have read list of studies on it but looking for people who have tried is also. :-)2
