Good article about times and foods to eat depending on your hour of training. I personally workout on the morning with previous light breakfast of oats and egg whites. Both help a lot in boosting your energy and endurance along with some BCAAs.

I usually exercise early morning on an empty stomach

Hey there, fellow middle age MPR-ers-

Turned 55 this year. While I’ve been on a weight reduction plan since the beginning of the year (down 70 pounds so far), I’m new to MFP. The app has allowed me to improve my eating habits as I attempt to lose the last 10 pounds, especially with eliminating late night snacking. I’m looking to add some friends to keep me focused as I get ready to shift from weight loss to weight maintenance. I’ve successfully lost weight in the past, but have less success maintaining my weight over an extended period of time. Let’s work with each other to meet our goals!

    Hey,

I turned to MFP after losing on my own too. It’s been really helpful. Good luck!

That's been there for a long time on Android. Unsure of Apple. Great way to enter in things.

Hi all, new to using the community, back again to MFP following a TT and thyroid cancer. Have some weight to lose as a result. Hope to make friends who can help keep me accountable :)<3

Good for you on the road to a comeback!
