    Hello! Soon to be 35 and completely out of shape. After baby #2 I went from 10km runs to nothing for 3 years :(
    Been back at the gym for about a month now and starting to finally feel a bit better. It seems the older I get, the slower weight comes off and the harder it is to build endurance.

    Happy Friday everybody! I have 40 more minute and finish work for today...short day! :D Let the weekend begin! I have a party/concert I will go to tonight so I'm pretty excited. Not sure what I will be able to eat/drink...I will log everything though!

    Hey, so not that’s it’s a good idea, but don’t we get a cheat day when it’s something special? I figure we can’t be all good plan restrictions all the time. Am I the only one??

    Happy Friday everyone! Been a while since I checked into this thread. My kids have this habit of asking Alexa every day how many days until (Halloween, Christmas, their birthdays, etc). For a week now, its been my birthday. Alexa has informed me that I only have 85 days left in my 30s. Going to make them as fun as possible, and ring in 40 as healthy as I can.
