    Have a wonderful Sunday peeps.
Sun is out so I'm going to enjoy a coffee in sunshine!
    ☕🌞

Good for you. Looking like a gloomy wet and rainy Sunday for me.

Good morning Tony.. sounds like a movie day :)

Hmm, is that an Australian expression?

No, I just meant, Gloomy , wet, rainy days are excellent days to get a blanket, snuggle up on the lounge and watch some movies..

Hello, everybody! I turned 50 in May. I'm maintaining a 50lb+ weight loss (just started year 3 of maintenance) with consistent food logging and daily exercise monitored via my fitbit. I have a few health challenges (the main one being celiac disease) but I still enjoy life and being fit! Have a great Monday. :)

Good afternoon. I am on week 5 of "The Bridge" lifting program. My eating is still below my allotment and me weight is still on the decline. Good to see all the new faces.

    Nice progress!
