Same here, but it's all good now! I had a buggy of stuff to buy, and the store's system went down. So I went to the little country store by my house. It took 2 hours to get about 15 necessities.Hope your week gets better!
Oh Canada Oh Canada, how I would love to visit you one day!

Well my week is starting off crappy and I'm generally p'd off!
I was writing about my crappy morning and then I decided to delete it as it's too boring and I'm snapping out of it NOW.

Hope you all have a good week!

Fantastic!!! What's brought you here? More accountability to loose the last bit?
I'm on the same trend. I'm down 55 and I am back to MFP for tracking and accountability. Need to really dial in these last 30-35 pounds

Hello all. I just turned 48. My weight has fluxuated greatly my whole life. Been as high as 300 and low as 190s. I recently went from 217 to 240s in 3 months. Really tired of this. I want to live well and be active. Looking for friends to offer and get support.

Hello, I'm 37 and I don't know what I weigh, but I'm a size 26 and struggling with medical issues that could only be improved by losing a significant amount of weight. I've tried everything in the past but I'm going to give this one last go here and hopefully make some friends who can help push me.

All the best to you, but you'll have to be a bit more precise. If you don't know your starting point, you really won't know when you reach the finish line, nor what it will take to get there.

Haha quirks....I have many but they all seem normal cause it's things I just do

The sports I do are somewhat quirky. I'm very competitive yet somehow unambitious. Get my brother and me together and it's like we're performing. Lotsa quirks but to me it just makes life fun

You Spring when others have Autumn (or Fall in America). I have Summer all year round.

And autumn has well and truly started here. Cold, grey and drizzly rain. Meh. The trees are pretty though.

I found out yesterday that I have high blood pressure. I kinda felt hard done by, as I'm living relatively healthy and I'm not overweight (even when I started back here I was at a BMI 26), so it's "not fair". Ordered myself a blood pressure monitor so I can keep track of it for a month or so. If it stays high I have to come back and get bloods done.

    Yikes look after that.
I totally know what rotator cuff issues are like and luckily as of a year ago it's a thing of the past

Ali, the orthopedic specialist I saw ran a battery of tests and concluded the joint was too strong to warrant surgery. Sent me to do PT and although it has gotten better I believe in my core that there is something in there that isn't right.
