Hello everyone! I'd love to add some friends for encouragement. I'm currently down 31.7 pounds since the end of February. Starting weight was 388.6. I swim laps around 4-5 days a week.

Looking for some friends to help motivate me and vice versa. I have a lot of inactive friends.
I'm off the weight loss wagon more than I'm on it lately... need to get serious as I can't keep bulging out of my clothes.

Hello. 43 and about 25lbs overweight. I don't use forums much for anything so I'll try not to be a dork.

Anyone know if there's a way to prevent calories burned from workouts being added back into my daily required calories? Thanks!

As far as I know, it’s only available for premium members. If I don’t want the calories factored in for a workout, I just change the total calories burned to 1.

I'm 51, happily married and quite out of shape. Today, I weighed in at 135 pounds. My goal is to get back to 125 lbs and wear my bikini again.

Joined recently and have been loading my workouts on the Youtube thread. Nice to meet everyone!

Hi everyone. I'm 50 and looking to raise my fitness levels and tone the flab. I try to do a run and practice yoga each day.
Would love some friends to help keep me accountable and motivated. 🙂
