    I took my first spin class today. I thought I was in good shape - found out I was wrong. I lasted almost 30 minutes, but I will go back. I also bought a bigger, more comfortable seat cover. My poor bottom is not made for those tiny little hard seats, ha ha.

    Jan: 12 - 154 - no loss this week. Grr. Need to increase the deficit margin just a little bit more!!!!!!!

    Jan: 16 - 151.8 - down a little again - probably because I am under the weather :( Oh, well. I will take it.

    So far, doing well. It's the weekend I'm worried about. Treadmill dug out and dusted off. I must incorporate some exercise into my daily plan.

    Ultimate goal: 50kg - 110lb

    21st : 59.3 - 0kg - 0lbs loss - :/ 1st wk of eating recommended 1200 calories BLAH, will stick to 1000 in future
    28th : 58kg -1.3 kg -2.8 lbs loss - :D yay finally back on track

    Total loss for January : 5kg / 11lb
    Real loss not counting catch up for xmas binge .9kg / 2.1lb :D I'm happy with that

    Did not log in last week - sorry. I have lost 2.8 lbs in the last 2 weeks. Not a lot, but at least it is steady. Am trying for 5 lbs in February. Everyone is doing so well - keep it up. :)

    false start in January - we came back from skiing (and tons of eating...) on the weekend. It was lovely but now it's time to get serious here; I slightly adjusted my goals - let's see, it should be possible.
