I took my first spin class today. I thought I was in good shape - found out I was wrong. I lasted almost 30 minutes, but I will go back. I also bought a bigger, more comfortable seat cover. My poor bottom is not made for those tiny little hard seats, ha ha.1

Did not log in last week - sorry. I have lost 2.8 lbs in the last 2 weeks. Not a lot, but at least it is steady. Am trying for 5 lbs in February. Everyone is doing so well - keep it up.1

false start in January - we came back from skiing (and tons of eating...) on the weekend. It was lovely but now it's time to get serious here; I slightly adjusted my goals - let's see, it should be possible.1
