    January Starting weight - 63kg - 138.6lbs
    Ultimate goal: 50kg - 110lb - hopefully by May 10th

    1st : 63kg
    8th : 59.8- 3.2kg -7.04lbs loss :smiley:
    14th : 59.3 - .5kg -1.1lbs loss :)
    21st : 59.3 - 0kg - 0lbs loss - :/ 1st wk of eating recommended 1200 calories BLAH, will stick to 1000 in future
    28th : 58kg -1.3 kg -2.8 lbs loss - :D yay finally back on track

    Total loss for January : 5kg / 11lb
    Real loss not counting catch up for xmas binge .9kg / 2.1lb :D I'm happy with that

    4th : 57.9 - 0.1kg -.22lbs loss :( not quite what I had hoped
    11th : 56.8 - 1.1kg -2.4lbs loss :D much better.
    18th : 56.6 - 0.2kg -.44lbs loss - halfway to challenge goal, not sure I'll make it by end of March

    I am not doing well. I lost a little over 4 lbs this month, but right now 2 of them have found their way home. I am going back on my strict paleo that took off the first 48 lbs. I will also keep track of my calories better. I think I am drinking too many of my calories. I have dropped another 50 off of my daily allotment, just trying to get it moving again.

    false start in January - we came back from skiing (and tons of eating...) on the weekend. It was lovely but now it's time to get serious here; I slightly adjusted my goals - let's see, it should be possible.

    got myself a new Garmin and it is nice to see the steps adding up. I also tried running again for the first time in a long while so even though I saw a lower number on the scales the last few days I am still pretty happy with the results.
