We'll done everyone. @stella7x7, if you're having problems with planks, try doing the Superman until you feel strong enough; or break it down into tiny increments. You can modify the push-ups as well, or just try something else until you're stronger. It's not about perfection, it's all about PROGRESS! I guarantee that if you continue, next week you'll be surprised by what you can do!

I LOVE MYSELF
I'm a 5' 4.5" multi-cultural woman. Thanks to a 2017 new do, I now have short curly hair (although I got a blow-out on Friday & have been wearing it as a bob). My nails grow like weeds although I wear them short and I am a true Capricorn, 100%. I'm working to continue becoming a happier, healthier version of me during 2017! I LOVE MYSELF.
I'm going to clean the microwave & start the self-cleaning function on the ovens

Modified the Fab February to take two rest days on the weekend instead of spacing them out.
Modified the cleaning challenge to suit my needs better for my home (also so I can catch up on weekends, if needed).

10x 1 push up (Yes... I need to make 10 sets of it... I'm feeling mildly pathetic too ) My goal is to manage 10 in one go by the end of the month!6 -

Day 1 and 2 DONE! I ended up grocery shopping during the house showing so I haven't sat down all day! Making fish tacos for dinner, can't wait!
As far as the loving myself challenge. I am 5'6" 143ish pound red/blonde/brown haired 44 year old woman. (Yes,I have bits of all those colors in my hair naturally. It is awesome because it hides greys very effectively! ) I have great skin with just a few wrinkles around the eyes, because I love to laugh and do it often! I'm mommy to 7 and grandma to 3. Today one of my favorite body parts are my arms (ask me tomorrow and that might change lol. I am also very indecisive! ). I love my arms because I can see the muscles on them. I rely heavily on them each day to hold my 16 mo. old twins (sometimes at the same time ) and to cuddle them and their 3 yr old brother. This summer I can't wait to wear some tank tops and show them off!5 -

My favorite features have always been my eyes & my hair. Unfortunately, I see the damage of worshiping the sun for the last 35+ years. A decade ago I would have balked at the thought of plastic surgery, now a little nip, tuck & some fillers don't sound too invasive, LOL! Still love that I can wear my hair curly or straight. @akmomof7, my arms are getting there . . . can't wait to see them six months from now! Strong is sexy!!!
Failed at cleaning today. I have way too many annoying small appliances that get used multiple times a day. THEY NEVER STAY CLEAN!
Thankfully I'm a member of several groups and we volunteer all the time, so the R.A.K.E. challenge will be completed in the next couple weeks.

Day 3 done except I didn't send/give flowers to anyone; also, my pantry is definitely a weekend, multi-day job. Have a meeting & going to a concert tomorrow and Sunday is well . . . FOOTBALL, of course! I don't know if I'm going to tackle that one anytime soon (I guess you can tell it's not something I look forward to!)
One of my best personality traits is my loyalty. I am a Capricorn after all! This is a blessing & a curse. There have been many times in my life where my loyalty caused me to be blind and, along the way, hurt because of it. I'm someone who gives you 100% up front, but if you cross me, or let me down, or worse, LIE TO ME . . . I forgive but I don't forget and honestly, the relationship is never the same. I give what I get.
