Anyone else addicted to fast food?

I do crave it yes, but I've found I've been getting better at controlling myself. What I do is once a week I will have a "cheat meal", usually on my off day Sunday. That is when I let myself have an ice cream or a burger from McDonald's or whatever I feel like. I don't go overboard or anything, I still watch my portion sizes and try to make a "better" choice. It's a little treat for myself and it doesn't throw me off my goal.0

So I guess the answer is "none, but look at all these chemical-y sounding words I can find in their ingredients list! If I list them all and say things like 'this ingredient is also used in poison gas production' it'll scare everyone so much they'll forget everything else!"
Their sodas are FULL of dihydrogen monoxide!!! WE"RE ALL GONNA DIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE0
