Just back from my DGD birthday party.. short and sweet... tolerated Kyles Mother, but she was just her nasty self and they were all talking trash about her when she left, she didnt stay long...
had a slice of cheese pizza and no cake..
Found out that my DD is the top teller of all the bank branches that Citizen's Bank has here in Ct.. I am sooooo very proud of her..she is employee of the week, and they gave her a gift card and a little bag of goodies.. Gosh so very proud...
Taliah got alot of art supplies, everybody seems to be under the same premise that all that drawing will do her good..her kitten Angel is adorable..
Working 9-5 tomorrow.. will try and catch up later4 -
All set up for the shower. 15 ladies coming so it will be a crowd. The coming little ones name is Killian. Naturally we have an Irish party planned for the Irish family!

Oooohhh loving all the photos, Marcelyn and Kate. :flowerforyou: Thank you.
I gave the croissants 4 hours to rise instead of the 2 recommended as they were very slow to get going.
Very, very pleased with the result. They look better than last time. They are smaller than shop ones, but I knew that.
Happy in Hampshire, Heather UK xxxxxxx
Update : we've just shared the smallest one and it was a bit more "cakey" than a classic croissant, but the taste was superb. That is because of the 3 day process as the dough has a chance to "sour" . It did have some stretchy layers and the crust was perfect.

Last night I attempted to post a lengthy response to everyone. But I lost it. I know better than to compose one in the app. Changed pages and lost it. I'll try again today.
Have a great Sunday. This is a brand new bright shiny week. My day for reflection, to refocus and plan for a successful week.
