    It's autumn here and today was a heavily overcast day with a hint of fog and smoke in the air. But because there was no wind and the temp was in the high teens, it was actually quite nice out there.

    We kept it pretty relaxed including a lunch stop in the middle.

    Sorry gang, I'm in the process of taking a long break from the forums for a while. Life's just too busy right now for me. Great job to all those that are meeting your goals and kicking butt! Hopefully someone can post next month's thread and keep this one going...I wasn't the first to start it, I just continued it for a season...hope that when I come back to the forums, I'll be able to join you folks again in my exercise minute challenges! Keep pushing toward those goals!
