Eagle abs look cute, plank- not so cute. I think I'll try the waist challenge sometime. Butt lift/plank Day 28 done. I'm holding my planks on straight arms, so I guess I'm a wuss. To plank 2 minutes with ease would be incredible. I think my longest was maybe 80 seconds? I'm having to relax for a couple seconds in down dog (sometimes more than once) to get the whole time done. My tummy/core is still pretty weak, but every little bit helps. 2 days left, with a BIG finish! Let's do that 2 minutes nonstop!1

Winding down another successful month. As I shared, July 1st marks one year that I've been serious about getting my body back. I will post pictures then.
Thanks everyone for sharing the ride. Thanks for the troopers who never quit. I hope to see you all in July. It works; really, that thing about not quitting REALLY WORKS.
