This is amazing, omg. What is the exact recipe you follow? I still can't believe I haven't jumped on this bandwagon.

Ice in processor to make snow (enough to cover the blades), 1/2 scoop salted caramel, half scoop cinnamon crunch, tiny dash stevia drops, vanilla extract and almond milk to fluff. I don’t use xantham, others do.

Interesting. Just goes to show that everyone's bodies react differently...because I use xanthan gum and I eat 2 batches (one right after the other) with no bloating.

Where I come from "fluffing" means something entirely different! Lol

Snow plus 1/2 scoop vanilla, 1/2 scoop salted caramel, dash vanilla, 1/3 can pumpkin purée and tsp (or so) pumpkin spice. I used Ezikiel cereal on top for some crunch.

You are not the only one.

It's actually where I come from too, I should know better. Been in the US too long.

I have experimented with all veggie meals and find I can get very full on things like broccoli and mushrooms. I also really like Japanese purple sweet potatoes. They are so pretty and taste great! You guys are inspiring me! I have never tried eating like this regularly though.
