Ice in processor to make snow (enough to cover the blades), 1/2 scoop salted caramel, half scoop cinnamon crunch, tiny dash stevia drops, vanilla extract and almond milk to fluff. I don’t use xantham, others do.2

Hantham adds volume and lots of it with literally "*kitten* load" of fiber
I add 1/2tsp per a tray of ice cubes.
My way:
- scoop of cookies and cream protein
- 0.5cup silk cashew vanilla
- 0.25cup walden farms pancake syrup
- 0.5tsp hantham gum
This fills up my 7 cup food processor to the brim and becomes extremely creamy. I usually eat half now and half later, keeping it in the fridge for few hours.
That’s amateur hour Crazy. Eat it all then make another!5 -
Interesting. Just goes to show that everyone's bodies react differently...because I use xanthan gum and I eat 2 batches (one right after the other) with no bloating.2

I skip the xantham and still bloat. My post fluff belly looks like I’m fixin to hatch a 10 pounder.3

Snow plus 1/2 scoop vanilla, 1/2 scoop salted caramel, dash vanilla, 1/3 can pumpkin purée and tsp (or so) pumpkin spice. I used Ezikiel cereal on top for some crunch.1

I have experimented with all veggie meals and find I can get very full on things like broccoli and mushrooms. I also really like Japanese purple sweet potatoes. They are so pretty and taste great! You guys are inspiring me! I have never tried eating like this regularly though.0
