    Hello,i was absent the last to days but wrote down my weigh,so here it is

    Current weight 158 (i have updated the start weight as i got a new scale and matched with the one at the gym

    GW 143

    7/12 158.7
    7/13 155.6 It was family emergency and very stressful day/night so didn't get the chance to eat that much . Probably the true weigh will be over weekend .

    Round 9 was very disappointing for me. I've got 1 week until family comes to stay with us for a week and that will be another challenge. One day at a time!!!

    7/12 - 135.1
    Goal is less than 2 pounds ... seems totally reasonable.

    7/13 - 134.1
    Long stressful day yesterday. I didn't have much time for eating. Another one ahead of me today, but I'm getting my workout in first and I will find time to eat.
