    Highest weight: 242 on April 1

    I started in R: 14@226; current weight 217.1 for a total of 8.9 lbs. lost! These are my daily guidelines for the next 10 days. If it works out, I may keep them or tweek them until they do work!

    1.no sodas
    2.no bread
    3.no unplanned eating out
    4.drink at least 12 glasses water daily
    5.eat protein every meal
    6.reduce sodium intake
    7.get more sleep

    I've lost an average of 1.5 lbs. per round over the last 6 rounds! I'm going to see if these guidelines will make a difference in that average!

    You know I like this! First time in the 15s; just hope I can stay here or lower for the rest of this round! Today is my daughter's birthday, but thankfully, she is trying to stay at a healthy weight, so I should be alright even if we do go out to eat! :)

    11/01: 216.2
    Well, I can officially say, I didn't eat any Halloween candy! It's Nov. 1, and I'm back in the 16s for a min., but tomorrow is so totally another day! See you then!

    11/02: 216.2
    No exercise today! I'll be at it in the morning; going to be early, so I can get enough sleep! :|

    11/03: 216.6

    Now I wonder what happened? Do you think it was the pint on Halo Top Sea Salted Caramel I ate about 12:30 a.m.?

    Goal Weight end of 2017: 105 lbs

    Almost gave up in Round 20 due to climbing weight, cold mornings and generalized laziness.
    Round 20 average weight 108 lbs (ending weight 106.6)

    Round 21: goal 106.8 lbs

    10/30 107.4 lbs
    10/31 108.6 lbs - >2000 Calories - wow, how did that happen? Oh yeah. Darn that exercise and access to candy.

    10/30 - 173.5 Was in a workshop since Friday and not the best food choices. Need to get myself back on track starting today!
    10/31 - 172 - Up & down, up & down and so it goes.
    11/1 - 173.5 - Wobble, wobble, wobble. I think this is what happened before my last whoosh.
    11/2 - Missed - Busy morning and I totally forgot to step on the scale
    11/3 - 173.5 - Okay! Obviously didn't do too much damage.
