29/10 - 195lbs - In R 20 I saw my lowest number yet (193lbs) but then the dreaded TOM appeared in the last days and the weight went back up again! but all in all I am happy with my results over the last 2 rounds. Moving in the right direction.

31/10 - 195.2 - Just back from the doctors ... I have a 40 week wait - yes 40 to see a spinal doctor about the pain in my back and leg and also for an MRI scan ... till then its pain killers to keep me moving -- 40 weeks .. wow!!
01/11 - 194 - Day one of the long wait !! back to the docs on the 5th Dec so that he can make sure there's no changes to my situation! 39 weeks 6 days to go :-/

I felt like I just wasted 5 minutes of my life that could have been spent getting some exercise. Last round I FINALLY made it out of the 90's for the first time in nearly a year and a half! This time I have TOM so my I'm going to take it slow and not have my expectations too high.
Goal for this round: Stay in the 80's and try to see 186.0

11/1 - 189.8 Yikes! Moving in the WRONG direction. This is the result of one really naughty meal. I'm bloated and feeling yucky and regret it, so I'll do much better today!
11/2 - 189.4 A bit of the bloating gone. Hopefully by tomorrow I'll be back to where I should be.
11/3 - 188.8 OK. This is better. Back on track!
11/4 - 187.6 Yay!!! Now things start getting serious! I want to see 187.? For the next 4 days!!!
11/5 - 188.2 I'm REALLY upset by this number this morning. I don't know why it has hit me this hard, but I'm feeling really really down about it. I just want to stay below 188 so badly. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Someone asked me yesterday what my secret is and as I was explaining CICO and exercise they almost looked bored. Then they asked me about apple cider vinegar. I felt like I just wasted 5 minutes of my life that could have been spent getting some exercise. I know I should have more patience but it seemed like everything I just said went right through her ears.

I think people just want a magic bullet sometimes. I am often asked how long it has taken me to lose the 26kgs I've lost so far and when I say 4 years people are like "Oh... ummm, good work?" as if it's not really an achievement if it hasn't happened in 30 days!10 -

10/30 - 171.6 - Happy with this weight. No gain overnight.
10/31 - 171.4 - A loss is a loss is a WIN! Staying focused and working hard. Off to the gym to run and lift.
11/1 - 171.6 - Yuck!!! Hanging in there.
11/2 - 172.4 - Ouch! And that's what happens folks when you don't work the plan as you should. I own it and I'm really mad at myself for giving up on me. Today is a new day and new mindset. I expect good results tomorrow.
11/3 - 172.4 - Well I got nothin. Off to run a few miles and lift weights.

No sense getting embarrassed among us. We're all in the same boat. We need to learn to love ourselves with all the vicissitudes of life getting in the way. None of us is totally consistent. We all have good days and bad for a variety of reasons. What's happening here is that we are taking a moment each day to learn about what makes our own self tick, at least weight wise. 10/31 - 152.6 - leaving town today for 6 hour road trip and 5 day training...stuck in my car or a hotel, eating hotel food every meal, and sitting on my butt all day every day and doing homework at night. 10/30 - 246.2 - I am so HAPPY about this loss! I've been trying to add more exercise at night, and I think it's really going to pay off. I would love to go much further than my goal in this round and I'm going to try!
10/31 - 247.2 - I ate a little extra but I worked off some of it. I think the lack of sleep was a factor. Tonight's Halloween, so I'm really hoping I can keep my resolve and have a loss instead of a gain!
11/1 - 247.8 - I had candy, not a lot, but I did have some. I actually am pretty proud of how restrained I was. I was still under calories with exercise, and it wasn't a big gain. I'm going to call it a win and hope that tomorrow is better. Eating at book club tonight, so hopefully there are some healthy choices for me!
11/2 - 248.8 - I was bad. I ate way too much, didn't exercise. I'm hitting a low point and I'm not really sure how to pull myself out of it.
11/3 - 249.8 - This week has definitely been a struggle. But finally it's winding down. I am going to get back on track this weekend, for sure!
11/4 - 247.2 - Got some sleep, didn't overeat, did my exercise. Getting the train back in the right direction!
11/5 - 245.6 - Close to my R21 goal!!
11/6 - 245.2 - I was hoping for a bigger loss. I ate within my calories and exercised. A little disappointed, but at least the scale is going in the right direction.
11/7 - 250.0 - I knew I was eating a lot yesterday but jeez I didn't expect that. I have a feeling I'm not going to meet my goal. So disappointed in myself. I've been letting myself have cheat days on Mondays. I Just decided I'm not gong to have ANY cheat days until Thanksgiving. I need to get this under control!

10/30: 158.0 Very happy to see this number again! Not sure what today will bring. Maine got a crazy storm. No power, schools closed, work closed, roads closed, power lines down everywhere! It could be days without power. We have a generator though so hopefully sticking with plan as much as possible!
10/31: 158.0 Still no power and estimates are it might be Saturday before we get it! Our road has at least 6 trees hanging/down on power lines. I was bad last night and consumed too much alcohol. Kicking myself for the hangover today. A good reminder why I don't do that anymore! Back to business tomorrow!
11/1: 157.2 We got power back this evening! No candy temptations yet. Our town postponed trick or treating to Friday due to downed lines everywhere.
11/2: 158.2 Expected fluctuation. Had dinner at my in laws last night before getting our power back. Salty and carbs with a small dessert. Didn't enter it into MFP. So happy to get back to semi normal life today. Still no school for kids but I can use the treadmill today. W5D2 of C25K today!

11/4: 156.8 Nice number this morning. Feeling confident going onto the weekend. Nowhere to be so planning on cleaning, yard work and exercise both days.
11/5: 157.0 Not a great night of sleep. Daughter woke with a fever. Did W5D3 of C25K yesterday which was 20 minutes straight running; nailed it! Such a big accomplishment as I've never considered myself a "runner".
11/6: 159.8 Oh Gosh. Hello water weight. I did so much yard work yesterday that I have some sore muscles this morning. Feels great though!

10/30 starting weight 162.0 First day of tracking again in quite a while. I know it works....just need to get back to it and start being more active.
10/31 162 Tracked everything yesterday and today….getting back to being accountable again. I was hungry several times today, but resisted for the most part because I knew what I had left for calories and also tried to make good choices when I felt I couldn’t hold out.
11/1 161 Old fashioned scale…..so need to see the needle actually move to know that I have lost. Plan to keep on tracking as I need to and not mindlessly eating when I get home from work.
11/2 161 Yesterday was a really hungry day….held off and stayed within my range including activity…weekend coming up will be difficult.

I started my weight loss journey at 202lbs, but I started with this group back in Round 8. Then, I weighed 195 lbs, and as of today, in Round 21, I weigh 170. I also decided to take another step and joined another support group through MFP because with the holidays coming up, I fear that I am going to struggle to be mindful, exercise, and eat healthy. It's a competition where you join Team A (which wants to lose 15 lbs by January 4th) or Team B (which wants to lose 20 lbs by January 4th.) They do weigh ins on Monday's, and since I'm already weighing in for our amazing group here, and I need that extra accountability over the next few months, I joined Team A. If you find yourself in the same boat, it would be nice to see some familiar faces. Last day to join is today. Here's to seeing and sticking in the 160s.

10/30: 176.0 which considering how I ate yesterday is quite surprising in a good way. Plan for today: drink all the water and stick to the plan!
10/31: 175.2 Plan: just say NO to the Halloween candy! It's the same candy that's around all year long, just in a different wrapper. ( also: say no to the booze!)
11/1: 175.6 I stuck to the plan. No booze. I did eat 2 mini peppermint patties and they were worth it! Walked an extra mile too taking the kiddos out. I'm supposed to do my measurements today, but I'm feeling some hormonal bloat so gonna wait a few days for those. Plan for today: drink more water. Write it, then bite it.
11/2: 175.0 I'm really sick of seeing this. Been here since October 3- although my average weight IS going slightly down according to my trend ( i use Libra) it sure as heck doesn't feel like it and will soon be a horizontal line if this number doesn't budge!
Plan for today: drink 4 24 oz water bottles. Realized I need to be a bit more specific with this one. Also, finish my meal planning for the next week.
11/3: 175.0 I thought I saw 174 flicker for a second. So maybe a whoosh is coming. Let's cross fingers.
11/4: 174.0 FINALLY a new and exciting number! Let's hope it sticks!
11/5: 173.6 down another half pound! this is the lowest weight I have been in 9 years!
11/6: 172.8 this is a major whoosh! my body wants to hold on for so long, but it finally gave up. Glad to hit my mini goal for this round (after a whole month!)

@hedyk wrtoe It's about the daily seemingly unimportant decisions. But consistently making them everyday is what leads to results. I love the way I feel at night & the next morning after having stayed on track.

Back again! I started midway through Round 2 at 153.9 on 4/29. For this round I'd like to get below and stay below 140. Started at 162 something back in early March so I'm down over 20 pounds. I am aiming to reach goal of 132 before New Years.

11/1 141.4 Hellooo sodium from yesterday's chinese lunch. Ate chick and gr beans but only 1/4 cup of rice if that. No exercise but got a wonderful leather coat from goodwill for $12 and toy laptop for grandson for $2. It was a good day. Today, exercise.
11/2 142 Wrong direction here. Did gym workout yesterday but ate some junk. Need to get eating clean and get y butt on ellip.
11/3 141.6 Did 80 min on ellip yesterday. Ate breakfast for dinner so bacon=sodium or I think I would have lost more. Going to pool class today and maybe some gym. Happy Friday, ya'll.
11/4 141 getting better all the time... did pool class yesterday ... today hike or ellip... making turkey/chicken soup with veggies... & tortellini to keep family happy.. I'll just ignore the pasta
11/5 141 Same is ok as I ate some candy my sons bought. Spent an hour or more walking up and down hill through an apple orchard.
11/6 141 Lazy day yesterday, spent it in pj's. Today, going to a a dance/exercise class.
11/7 140.8 Went to dance/exercise class. So much fun. ate clean but quite a few carbs in waldorf salad and salmon patty. Feeling good anywho. I can't believe these 10 days are almost over... again! Have to baby sit today. Maybe some ellip later.

11/5 - 182.6 - I'm coming out of a business trip. I hardly slept while I was gone, definitely didn't drink enough water, and made decent choices but didn't concern myself with portion sizes at all. Last night I went to bed at 8:30 and slept over 9 hours. Today we have brunch at our BFFs. My goal today is to drink 90 oz of water, get a little exercise in, and foam roll my hips, back, and legs, along with stretching. Back at it. Hopefully this water weight drops quickly.
11/6 179.6 Back to where I started but much quicker this time. Hopefully I can start making some real progress. I've been exercising and the workouts I've been doing are cardio/strength combined, so it's very possible I'll be in a "not much loss" zone for a while as my body composition changes. We'll see.
11/7 178.8 oooooh, I hope this is the start of a nice downward trend. I'm super happy with how fast I got rid of the salt effects from traveling. This number means an actual loss this round, which is great.

Almost gave up in Round 20 due to climbing weight, cold mornings and generalized laziness.
