    My goal is that 15 minute advanced plank workout. I've mastered the Bowflex 3 min easily and have done up to 5 minutes. But that looks nasty....in a good way.

    I need to strengthen my core, thus I need planks in my life. Challenge accepted. Goal: I will do 60 minutes or more of planks in January. 1/60 done.

    Haha! mine are all over me and then the cats do loops under me when I'm in high plank! no no, it's fine, just put your tail right under my nose. thanks! :D
