Working with a hurt shoulder at the moment so just doing the 30 Day Beginner Plank Challenge. My goal is to complete that challenge but on some of the shorter/earlier planks do some sets.

It sure is great seeing this thread so active this month! Keep it up everyone, you're doing great! You guys are motivating me this month because it's not been the greatest month for me so far, first the flu, then tweaking my back yesterday. Yoga to the rescue, and I managed to get the planks done today.3
