Wow exciting times @Bex953172!! Will be thinking of you! Def get to bed early if you can x
Snatched victory from the jaws of defeat today. Went to my parents to celebrate daughter’s bday and was feeling v stressed about calories and stuff after yesterday but I kept calm, ate well but sensibly and logged. And ate a piece of cake too. Then had a lovely time shopping for new clothes with the girls with their birthday money. All good and heading for an early night.
exercise early ✅ done already and really enjoyed it this morning
- Stay within calorie goal ✅ Just scraped in as I used up a lot on a piece of the chocolate Guinness cake I made to take to lunch
- Water (not just coffee!) hmm this is major goal for tomorrow now
- Paperwork ✅
- Batch cook veggies ✅
JFT 25/2:
- exercise at some point
- Water at least 2ltr
- Stay in calorie goal
- Get in a nice walk with the kids
- Get all homework completed with minimal stress (planning to do it in a cafe for a treat)
- Early night
Sleep well all and look forward to exciting news soon! X7 -

I really must get more serious about calorie reduction. It’s just been so hard coming back from vacation. And also having no time to exercise due to long work hours. I did have a nice relaxing day today.
Report2/24
Walk walked in the rain today. Met some nice folks playing Pokémon.
Log but once again over. I keep telling myself at least I’m logging.
Fast broke fast early 10am, but for a good reason.
Clean tidied up, paid bills, but you can’t tell where I tidied up anymore. Darn kids.
Spend time with kids the reason I broke my fast early was I took my son out for breakfast. He’s 15,but still will spend time with me. I love him to pieces.
JFT 2/25
Make lentil soup. That always helps with calories.
Fast
Log
Walk
Clean
Make muffins for kids

I had to jump back on here because I'm so excited for you, @Bex953172! I did get to work on the quilt a little bit today, but I promise that I stopped as soon as my arm got sore. I think it's going to be cute! I'm so excited to finish it and send it to you. Can't wait to see the sweet little bitty Casey! I'm sending you hugs across the the miles, sweetie!5

@OConnell5483 two things...
I found this YouTube video on physio to help with lymphodema that might be interesting for you.
This was very helpful! Thank you. It led to a few others that also were helpful. I don't know why I didn't think to youtube it. My husband and kids YouTube everything, and I just never think to do that unless it is for quilting.

@HGSmith0920 I'm glad you are taking some time to focus on yourself again! I know it feels great to help others, but remember that you have to be well yourself or you can't be any help to anyone else. Right? You are important! Rest when you need to, go to the gym when you feel like it, and if you need to cut your visits with Godmom short, then that's what you do! Sounds like you are on the right track... (((HUGS)))4

1. Journal every bite.
2. Stay green. If it isn't enough, then exercise to offset the extra cals.
3. Increase water from yesterday. I did really bad with this the last few days.
4. Spend time in the basement decluttering sewing area and trying to get some sewing in.
5. Take breaks to elevate my arm Actually did some self-massage exercises also.
6. Spend time reflecting on this year's goals. One of the things I learned about myself last year on here is that I do better if I list my goals, then break each goal into steps to reach the goal. Started a list of goals.
7. Be grateful. Redirect when my brain goes in the opposite direction. Gratitude journal tonight Had a real nice day.
8. Redo my beck's index cards, read the next chapter of Beck's book, and read Simple Abundance tonight. I'm about to read both books right now and update my cards.
9. Bake banana bread for my honey. Done
10. Call mom. Done
11. Bed at 10 because I want to start going back to church and I never get up early enough to make the service. Heading there now to read. Hoping I fall asleep fairly early so I get up!

Greetings!
I hope you all had a very good Saturday and accomplished what you wanted. I stayed in my calorie count but was a whopping 15 over my fat amount. Yikes! The only thing I exercised today was my mouth as my friend and I had a major gab fest. I don't think we took a breath all day! My hubs fled to the ski slopes, and I don't blame him! (peck a little, talk a little, peck a little, talk a little, cheepcheepcheep, peck a lot, talk a little more!)
JFT, Sunday 2/25
Tomorrow I will exercise, if only for a few minutes. I will stay in my calorie amount and really try to not go over the fat amount by one or two. I will finish the online lesson I started today.
Ladies, wonderful things happening on the board---of course we are all focused on @Bex953172 and awaiting the news!
May your Sunday be filled with rest, peace and joy.6 -
