    ummm I think that is my only goal today lol - I've been working out a bit too hard so I'm taking the weekend off from the gym - lookin to relax!

    I lost track of time today, doing too much for other people and didn't get to exercise at all, but at least I made sure to eat well, I'm a lean green queen :mrgreen:

    My 1st goal: to log everything I ate on MFP for 30 days without missing a day - Done :smiley:
    And the scales were kind to me:
    01) 95.5kg (210 lbs)
    30) 90kg (199 lbs) - Onederland! :star:
    I'm very happy with the numbers going in the right direction but it's not a noticeable change (yet)
    My next 30 day goal is to continue MFP logging everyday with an added challenge to stay green with sugars.

    Day 31:
    limit kj
    limit sugars
    avoid gluten and dairy
    exercise at least 1.5hr - make time for yourself!

    Repeat after Rupaul: "If you can't love yourself, how the hell you gonna love somebody else?!"

    @bcTRAI That sucks that you're sick again! I hope it's a quick one this time! Dont push yourself too hard!

    So I got an acupuncture treatment done by Godmom(a 20-year experienced Acupuncturist). It's been a while since she's done one on me and she says that I am in a completely different place then I was 10 years ago. It was great that everything was so much better! I'm having her doing some treatments to loosen up the super tight muscles in my neck. She gave me a few tricks to do at home as well. So I'm gonna do them until I see her next. We are going to make it a weekly thing. I cant tell you how happy I am that she is so close again! I know I say this all the time. But every time I come home from her house or just seeing her, I feel so much better. She is so good for my spirit. Lol. She's cooking a special birthday dinner for my DH next Sunday. She can't wait to see him again. I usually go over there when he is working. It's going to be a little different when I start at the bank. But I will do this as long as I can.

    I didn't hear from the bank today, but it is Saturday. So we'll see what happens on Monday.

    JFT, 3/3/18

    1. Attempt to log food :)Had to guesstimate a few things but I think I did okay
    2. Up with the DH :)We hit the snooze once and the DH still got to work on time
    3. Morning Routine/Measurements! :DEh. Kind of. Had a weird morning. Didnt do measurements though
    4. Coffee/needles with M @ 9 :):)Had a great time! Learned a few things to do at home to help as well. Did one on the DH and he relaxed almost immediately.
    5. Keep phone in hearing distance/wait for the call :|No call. Hoping for Monday! I want to start training!
    6. Bring notebook everywhere(Just in case) :|Forgot but I didnt have time to use it anyway
    7. Home by 4 :)Actually got home around 2:30 which was good because I forgot to put food in the Crock. Lol
    8. Prep Dinner :)Salsa Chicken and Baked Potatoes
    9. Dinner/Dishes :)Just have to rinse out the Crock that is soaking
    10. Pens Game with DH :)Actually started way earlier then I thought but we watched and they won in overtime!
    11. Bed by 11 :)It's not even 930 yet and I cant seem to stop yawning.

    Had a great day. Washed the sheets today so I have to make the bed before I can climb into it! Lol. Have nothing much to do tomorrow. Not sure if I am going to go to church or just listen to a teaching that I have on my laptop. Actually, I think that's a really good idea. I'll be the only one in my family at the service tomorrow and for some reason that makes me feel out of place.

    Anyway, randomness has ensued! Lol. Onto my List!

    Didn’t get on here last night to update and set goals for today. Got everything ticked but it’s misleading as there was no calorie goal and there were definitely too many calories consumed! :D went to bed very late and gave myself permission to ignore the alarm this morning but I guess my body is used to waking up super early as here I am!

    - early morning workout (hoping modifications won’t be necessary by tomorrow) ✅
    - Batch cooking ✅
    - Cafe for homework with the kids ✅
    - Sort out my bedroom a bit - clothes need organising ✅
    - Try and sort backing track for song for my friend’s wedding ✅

    JFT 4/3;
    - early exercise
    - Stay within calorie goal
    - 2ltr+ water
    - Early (very early!) night

    @joan6630 Thank you! I'm feeling quite pleased with myself :) I've found the Beck diet solution really helpful - it might have changed my whole approach to eating! Good luck for dealing with your daughter's affairs - must be very difficult. Thinking of you!

    I really am happy with the reduction, I just mean I wasn't expecting much change on the scale, as I can't see it in the mirror yet,

    I'd LOVE to claim I met my weight loss goal for the month but I decided not to make any kind of number/scale based goals as my failings include: no patience, a short attention span and tending to get disappointed easily, leading to giving up.

    This time 'round I want my goals to be things which are within my absolute control, and even the most consistent efforts don't necessarily result in correspondingly regular weight loss,
    so I'm focusing on behaviors and habits :star:

    Well, I'm prattling on, it's nice to talk about this and get it down on... paper :smiley:
