Woohoo made it to week 3! I still have to get my workout in today. The alarm clock did not make me very happy at 5:45am and I shut it off and passed right back out. So looks like an after work round of T25 for me today. I'd like to try to squeeze in some time on the elliptical tonight too. My diet was not the greatest last week so I am trying to really focus on that this week and hopefully see some better results this STaturday. Here's to another week :drinker:

That's great! I always seem to notice my weight drops after a rest day or two. Hope it sticks for you to Saturday (or even more  ) Great work!

I am so glad I made myself do Total Body this morning! I was going to leave it until this afternoon, but decided to get it over with. I even moved into some of the non-modified moves (pike ups and burpees) and we'll see how my knees feel about that later :)

Totally kicking myself for leaving T25 to do after work today. It kicked my butt extra hard! Now I still need to make dinner and attempt to do some laundry. Atleast this will motivate me more when that alarm goes off in the morning haha

Week 3 Day 2, Speed 1.0 Done! Ahh it felt great this morning. I was able to keep up so much longer than usual. And those damn burpees, I was able to do all of them the first time and 80% of them during the burnout round. Hoping next time I do Speed 1.0 I can do 100% of them regular and not switch to modified. How's everyone else feeling today?

Today felt great for me too! I've moved away about 50% from doing the modifier - I still avoid all the hopping, but the burpees and such I am doing no problem (and no attitude from my knees :P). It's so nice to feel my body adapting and getting stronger.

Wheww that was exhausting! speed 1.0 done. Stupid HRM kept loosing signal, maybe its because im big breasted and have to wear it lower than recommended. Think i did ok for what it was doing, burned 250c in 28mins!

Mine too! I thought it was just because of where the strap sits, but after doing a quick google search, apparently I'm supposed to be washing the chest strap after every 5 uses at a minimum. Oops! So I ordered new batteries for the transmitter and the wrist watch, and will give the strap a scrub tonight. I'm hoping that takes care of the signal problem

I need to do the same with mine, it stopped working on me yesterday during T25. Hopefully some fresh batteries and a cleaning will help

Yep! Ordered off amazon, and I'll figure out how to swap them out as soon as the new batteries arrive.

Week 3 Day 3 - Lower Focus - One of my favs, loved this mornings workout. And I'm loving how much stronger my body is getting. I noticed in the shower this morning that my thighs are visually smaller, it was awesome to notice that. Looking forward to Saturdays measurements to see what the difference is. Hope everyone else had a great workout today also!

Lower focus is still the hardest of the workouts for me! I was glad to see my HRM working properly after I scrubbed the chest strap last night.

PS did you guys look ahead to the week 5 schedule? Total body 3 times, plus a double with lower body focus? Yikes!

Ohh that just made me very sad, wow 3 times?! We are all going to be like jello blob zombies that week! I will look at the only positive that is the week before I am scheduled to hit the beach lol. May help me be a little more comfortable in that bathing suit!! But either way that's gonna be a rough week!

Week 3 Day 4 Cardio - Today was a rough day, had a very hard time getting out of bed this morning and felt sluggish through the workout, but I stuck with it and got it done. Just hoping my energy kicks in this morning, not sure where it went today.

Ohhh the dreaded doubles tomorrow, hope I don't feel like this then!

Getting started this morning was rough for me too. But about 8 min into the workout, all of a sudden my energy came zooming back and I did the workout completely without a modifier. Woot!

Tammy - hope your energy burst comes during doubles tomorrow :)

Week 3, day 5 DONE!! Total body and abs. It was nice to get my energy level back today. Workouts felt great (I may not have said that during lol). I can't believe we are at the end of week 3. I am really looking forward to measurements tomorrow to see how much has changed. Totally loving how much I can feel I've changed. It even goes beyond just physically. I am making better food choices. I still need to improve more but I am getting there. In the evening when normally I would have just sat around the rest of the night I'm getting up and doing something, Even if it's just a load of dishes or something. Can't wait to see what changes week 4, 5 and beyond bring.

Here's to another week down and getting stronger, faster and healthier!! :drinker:

I got both workouts done by 6am this morning, and I'm drained! LOL. It's way harder for me to put them back to back rather than split them up into morning and evening workouts. I think I'm going to need to eat a piece of fruit or something to get me through 50 minutes of T25 - I had no energy left (so glad I did TBC first!).

I'm excited to see changes too! I checked the scale this morning, unofficially of course, and don't see a change, but my legs and shoulders look way more toned to me, so maybe it'll be a week of measurement changes.

Both done by 6am?! You are my hero. I was just forcing myself out of bed at 6am. Hopefully some fruit or something can help you push through both workouts on Fridays. It's so nice to have them both done and know they are out of the way. I check my weight almost everyday unofficially also and have not noticed any weight loss so I'm hoping for the measurement changes. I always seem to notice my weight drop after my rest days. So usually Monday I'll notice a good drop, fingers crossed :)

We made it to week 4!! Day 1 Cardio. I always miss T25 over the weekend. After I got on the scale this morning and noticed that my weight was down again it motivated me to push even harder this morning. And it showed. I burned more calories than normal on cardio and did not do modified at all today. How is it going for you guys?
